Position Overview:

PTS Advance is seeking an experienced MEP Mechanical Design Engineer to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical building systems design and proven expertise in Revit for modeling and documentation. You'll play a key role in developing HVAC, plumbing, and piping designs for commercial, industrial, and institutional projects.

Key Responsibilities:

• Design and develop mechanical systems for building projects, including HVAC, plumbing, and piping.
• Create and coordinate 3D models and detailed construction documents using Revit.

Foreman – Skilled Carpenter

Location: Hall, Montana (Serving SW Montana / Missoula Area)

We are hiring a salaried working Foreman to lead carpentry and skilled trades crews in a structured, performance-driven environment.

Compensation:

• Base Salary: $70,000 – $85,000 DOE
• Quarterly Performance Bonus: Up to $2,000 – $5,000 per quarter, up to $20,000 total annually
• Bonus is weighted across key performance indicators including schedule adherence, labor variance, rework reduction, safety performance, and documentation discipline.

Considerable experience applying arrest authorities and constitutional law in various alleged criminal situations, or knowledge and experience of CBP laws, regulations, policies, legal precedent.
