Oracle FDI Developer/Analyst
Contract

This position pays around $60 - $70/hr on W2
Responsibilities:
- Business Discovery & Analysis
-Lead requirements for workshops with FP&A, Accounting & Procurement.
-Translating needs into well-formed user stories, acceptance criteria, and success metrics. Map KPIs/metrics (e.g., revenue, COGS, Opex, cash flow, AP/AR aging, PO cycle times) to source systems and FDI subject areas.
- Data Modeling & Development & Go live (Oracle FDI)
-Design and implement data models, pipelines, and semantic layers within Oracle Finance Data Intelligence (leveraging Oracle subject areas, views, and data products).
-Build/Configure reports, dashboards, and self-service datasets.
-Implement drill paths, prompts/filters, row-level security, and data
entitlements.
-Establish data quality checks & build/maintain documentation
-Conduct UAT and migrate in production environment
- Demos, Enablement & Iteration
-Run demos and showcases with Finance leadership and business stakeholders; collect feedback and iterate fast.
-Create playbooks and training (how-to guides, release notes, KPI definitions) to drive adoption and self-service analytics.
Required Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience implementing and configuring Oracle Financial Data Intelligence (FDI)
- Experience leading requirements gathering sessions with finance stakeholders including FP&A, Accounting, and Procurement
- Strong understanding of financial metrics and KPIs such as revenue, COGS, operating expenses, cash flow, AP/AR aging, and procurement cycle times
- Proven ability to design and build data models, semantic layers, dashboards, and self-service datasets within Oracle FDI
- Experience configuring drill paths, prompts, filters, row-level security, and data entitlements
- Knowledge of Oracle subject areas, views, and data products
- Experience mapping business metrics to source systems and reporting structures
- Ability to establish data quality checks and validation processes
- Experience conducting user acceptance testing and managing production migrations
- Strong documentation skills covering data models, configurations, and processes
- Ability to create training materials, playbooks, and how-to guides for end users

Preferred Qualifications:

Key Responsibilities:
- Develop, maintain, and manage detailed Primavera P6 project schedules
- Collaborate with general contractors, design-build teams, and stakeholders to monitor schedule performance and risks
- Establish and maintain project milestones and logic-driven schedules
- Perform critical path and float analysis and support schedule optimization
- Facilitate pull planning sessions and coordinate scope across project teams
- Monitor project progress through site coordination and validate schedule updates
- Identify schedule impacts, delays, and trends, and recommend corrective actions
- Prepare and present schedule reports and progress updates to stakeholders
- Support development of recovery plans and what-if scenarios
- Ensure alignment and integration across multiple project schedules
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- Minimum 5 years of Primavera P6 scheduling experience

The Practice
O’Connor Hospital – San Jose, California
- A 358-bed facility, no trauma.
- 11 physical ORs plus two (2) Labor and Delivery.
- Yearly case volume of 7,000.
- Two endoscopy labs and a variety of other non-OR anesthetizing locations including Cath Lab, CT, MRI, and IR.
- Transcatheter Aortic Valve Replacement (TAVR) program covered by cardiac anesthesiologists plus Robotic Surgery Program.

Role Summary:
You represent the pinnacle of Applied AI engineering. You are not just using APIs; you are optimizing the models themselves. You understand the mathematics behind the attention mechanism, you know how to squeeze performance out of GPUs, and you can customize models for specific domains. Key Responsibilities:

Develop fully integrated Engineering, Procurement, Construction, Commissioning logically tied, and resource loaded schedules
• Monitor, analyze and report the critical path and overall project performance
• Analyze and report on scheduling and project data with an innovative approach leading to actionable outcomes
• Create potential “what-if” scenario schedules showing viable alternative paths to achieve project objectives, accelerate or reduce schedule and cost risks
