Perform a nutrition-focused physical exam on patients. Identify and provide age-specific nutrition care and meet the cultural needs of the patients and their families. Full Time Inpatient RN Case Manager - weekday shifts with minimal weekend and holiday requirements.

CARE COORDINATION:  The Inpatient RN Care Manager works with the multidisciplinary team including physicians, staff, and payers to ensure patient's progress along the continuum of care in an efficient and cost effective manner that ensures quality outcomes.
