In this role, the Assistant Nurse Manager will assist the Nurse Manager in the clinical and administrative activities of the department in order to ensure patients the provision of quality care. Supervises all nursing and technical personnel: Assesses competency of staff, oversees daily staffing and scheduling needs of department, evaluate staff performance, counsel/coach staff member as needed.
Participates in hiring, promotion, and termination decisions.

This position is full time, evening shift, in the Newark Microbiology Lab with the hours of 3:00pm -11:30pm. The position requires work every third weekend and 2-3 holidays per year. The position also requires a periodic rotation to the Microbiology Lab at Wilmington.

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. - Providing daily supervision and mentorship
