POSITION OVERVIEW:
As an Electrical Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced industrial automation systems. You’ll work hands‑on with PLCs, HMIs, electrical schematics, and full control system integrations, supporting both in‑house testing at our cutting-edge manufacturing facility and field performance improvements for customers worldwide. WHAT WILL YOU DO:
- Program and troubleshoot PLC control logic primarily in Ladder Diagram (LAD) and Function Block Diagram (FBD) to support automated manufacturing systems. Assist and collaborate in the creation and maintenance of detailed electrical schematics for industrial control enclosures and systems.
- Troubleshoot automation control issues and enhance system performance at customer sites.
- Collaborate with electrical and mechanical design engineers to develop robust automation and control packages for industrial machinery and machine control.
- Support the creation of project documentation such as risk assessments and user’s manuals.
- Participate in commissioning activities for new installations and upgrades. (Estimated travel: 2–3 weeks per year, typically in one‑week increments.)
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
- Experience with electrical control system programming and maintenance, specifically with PLC and HMI brand platforms; Siemens and Allen-Bradley/Rockwell desired. Some legacy platforms include Delta, Mitsubishi, and Citect.
- Experience with AC and DC motors, including drives.
- Electrical and control system integration, commissioning, and maintenance experience.
- Proficiency in CAD and ECAD is preferred but not required.
- Field experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment a plus.

Qualifications, Education, Certifications and/or Other Professional Credentials
- Required Qualifications
- High School diploma or equivalent required
- Leadership experience, with proven ability to coach and develop to drive sales excellence, ensure the delivery of world-class customer service, and operational integrity in a high-volume branch environment
- 4 years sales management experience in Retail or Branch Banking environment
- Successful record of managing objectives in meeting sales goals, deadlines and branch goals in a profit and loss environment
- Drive an exceptional customer experience validated through customer satisfaction surveys
- Maintain strong partnerships with community & civic organizations
- Successful candidate must meet and comply with all requirements set forth in the SAFE Act, including, but not limited to successful completion of the required background checks and obtaining a unique identifier from the NMLS

Pay Transparency:
The salary range for this position is $81,000-$110,000 per year. Actual pay is based on various factors including but not limited to the work location, and relevant skills and experience. Department Description: Our High Technology Nursing program provides skilled, compassionate in-home nursing for patients who require around-the-clock care and advanced medical technology. Our nurses rotate through care, so you will never be required to work longer than your schedule 8, 10, or 12 hour shift. Our team provides one-on-one, in-home care to adults and children with critical and complex medical needs. We do this by utilizing advanced medical equipment in the comfort of each patient's home. You'll have the chance to build meaningful relationships with patients and families.

We also provide high-level care to patients who sustained life-threatening illnesses or injuries in the past, often following trauma or major surgery. We monitor and manage these patients by operating complex equipment, administering medication, and collaborating with interdisciplinary teams.
Even though you work independently in the home, you're never alone—your manager and care team are only a phone call away. We believe in taking care of our nurses, so they can take care of our patients.
