As the Registered Nurse in Home Health you will provide and direct provisions of nursing care to patients in their homes as prescribed by the physician and in compliance with applicable laws, regulations, and agency policies.

Total cash compensation includes earnings from per visit point pay and hourly pay and is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience and may increase over time based on productivity and performance in the role.
This role receives two types of compensation depending on the work being performed.
When conducting visits, you will be paid per visit point rate compensation.
Your per visit pay will be calculated by multiplying your per visit point rate by the productivity points you accrue for various types of visits.
Each type of visit is assigned a certain number of productivity points that is inclusive of "direct" and "indirect" patient care activities.
Visits are assigned based on patient and business needs.
The number of visits performed each week will vary based on individual productivity targets and the productivity points assigned to the visits performed.
You will be paid your hourly rate for certain non-visit activities such as orientation.

Manage the requirements effort on small, less complex assignments. Develop and communicate the requirements plan.

Manage the requirements approval, baseline, solution validation and change management activities.
Finalize and archive all requirements related documentation.
Responsible for providing leadership to all project stakeholders to coordinate decisions related to planning, development, design, testing and implementation of business solutions. This requires extensive knowledge of multiple division products and plans, proprietary business processes and systems, business workflow, vendor systems, contractual, client and\or regulatory requirements.
Qualifications
Bachelor's Degree or an equivalent combination of education and directly related work experience required.
In-depth understanding of Governance, Risk, and Compliance (GRC) or Integrated Risk Management (IRM) domains and work experience.
Experience in system life-cycle phases, requirements elicitation, analysis, design (which includes Securian Governance processes), quality assurance testing, implementation, deployment, and system upgrades.
Ability to effectively present technical and functional information in a manner that is understandable to all levels of the organization.
Project management experience with demonstrated ability to multi-task and prioritize.
Advanced analytical skills including excellent problem-solving skills with an understanding of core Integrated Risk Management business practices

RESPONSIBILITIES:
Manage and Implement Personalization Plans
- Develop and execute acquisition and retention marketing plans for AMA Ed Hub users, leveraging personalization as a key driver of increase audience relevance, conversion and retention.
- Develop data-driven audience segments to deliver personalized messaging across channels while building and maintaining automated nurture and retention flows to drive audience engagement.
