Job Description
Big Bear Engine Company is looking for an experienced sales representative to field incoming engine and parts calls, assist customers in completing purchases and interface with vendors to finalize transactions. At Big Bear Engine Company we specialize in medium and heavy duty diesel engine replacement for the construction, oil and gas, agriculture, over-the-road trucking, government and equipment rental industries. We offer both component built and remanufactured long block engines as well as related parts to businesses that have a down engine in the field. Our engines are found in variety of equipment including excavators, wheel loaders, skid steers, compactors, street sweepers, forklifts, wood chippers and more. Brands we specialize in are Caterpillar ®, Cummins ®, Detroit Diesel ®, John Deere ®, Mack ®, Komastu ® and Perkins ®. In addition to heavy duty engine replacement the job will also require interfacing with the light duty enthusiast market. These customers are hobbyists looking to drop a diesel engine into a classic car, hot-rod or rock crawler project. The ideal candidate will have a working knowledge of internal combustion engines, transmissions, fuel systems and ancillary parts however expert level skills are not required.
We offer an extensive training period which will help guide you through how to find the right replacement engine for the customer. Ideally this is a sales position first and we are looking for someone with a varied sales background, (a natural salesperson) vs. someone who may have worked in the automotive industry that isn't necessarily sales focused. We can teach product knowledge but we can't teach charisma and a natural Type-A personality. Once you get going you'll find taking diesel engine replacement calls is fairly straightforward and there is little pushback from the customer. These are B2B customers with a piece of equipment down and need a replacement engine ASAP. Most sales are very quick happening within a day or two of first contact.

Job Duties:
* Take inbound customer parts and engine sales calls/email leads, zero to little cold calling
* Assist the customer in selecting the correct engine part for their application
* Matching engines schematics and part numbers
* Interfacing with OEM and Aftermarket vendor parts and ordering systems
* Interfacing with QuickBooks Inventory, Invoicing and Purchase Order Systems
* Providing excellent customer service, post sale follow-up and shipment tracking
* Troubleshoot common engine problems and handle basic warranty issues
* Ability to work in a high paced, high lead volume work environment
* Business Development and Key Account Management as Needed
* Light Warehouse and Forklift Duty as Needed
Job Qualifications:
* 5+ Years of Sales Experience
* Knowledge of diesel or automotive parts strongly preferred
* Basic Computer and CRM knowledge required
* Experience in offroad, conversions, 4x4, jeep swaps, or performance engines a plus.

Position: Specialized Product Manager III
Location: Denver, CO

Key Responsibilities
- Own and manage the full product lifecycle for Cisco-based managed network services, including:
- Continued development of existing products
- Introduction of new offerings
- Sunsetting of legacy solutions
- Drive development and roadmap execution for:
- Routing, switching, and managed Wi-Fi (Meraki and Cisco platforms)

Overview
The Fabrication Process Engineer is essential in the development, optimization, and implementation of processes for fabricating nanoscale electro-optic devices using techniques like physical vapor deposition, electro-optic polymer coating, atomic layer deposition (ALD), photolithography, and reactive ion etching within a cleanroom environment. This role involves formulating polymer solutions, performing precise photolithography, characterizing nanostructures, and maintaining advanced fabrication tools. The engineer will collaborate with cross-functional teams to enhance processes while ensuring adherence to safety and cleanroom protocols, making significant contributions to the advancement of electro-optic technology.
Responsibilities
- Formulate the electro-optic polymer solutions and spin coat it on devices followed by a baking procedure.
- Perform photolithography to pattern hard masks including metals, dielectrics, semiconductors and polymer films for etching.
- Characterize etched nanostructure and devices, measure dimensions and roughness and interpret the results obtained by scanning electron microscope (SEM), atomic force microscopy (AFM), focused ion beam (FIB) etching and SEM, (FIB-SEM), spectroscopic ellipsometry (SE), stylus and 3D optical profilers and optical microscopes.
- Operate, maintain and troubleshoot fabrication tools such as maskless aligner (MLA), inductively coupled plasma – reactive ion etching (ICP-RIE) systems.
- Develop etching processes on bare silicon, thermal and CVD oxides for nanostructure fabrication.
- Optimize etching parameters by design of experiment (DOE) to improve the selectivity, uniformity and etched surface roughness of etching process.
- Deposit metals, dielectrics, and semiconductors by E-beam evaporator and plasma sputtering.
- Develop and optimize atomic layer deposition (ALD) techniques for dielectrics (such as metal oxides) and conductive materials.
- Document work in detail and keep process travelers updated.
- Work collaboratively with team members and leaders in all areas of the company.
- Exhibit safety awareness, safe work practices, laboratory hygiene and cleanroom protocol compliance.
- Other duties or projects as assigned.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree (minimum) or Master’s degree (preferred) in chemical engineering, electrical engineering, material science, applied science, or a related discipline.
- Prior experience operating a variety of laboratory and clean room tools and instrumentation, including spin coaters, PVD deposition tools, ALD deposition tools, mask aligners, advanced maskless aligner (MLA) tools, reactive ion etchers, and wet bench photoresist development.
- A strong understanding of the fundamentals of semiconductor fabrication processes, with a focus on etch, deposition, and lithography (e-beam and DUV) processes
- Hands-on experience in the operation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of inductively coupled plasma – reactive ion etching (ICP-RIE) systems, as well as optimization of atomic layer deposition (ALD) techniques for dielectrics (such as metal oxides) and conductive materials.
- Excellent written and oral communication skills.
Preferred Qualifications
- Silicon Photonics design, manufacture, test, Electro-optic device test, and Electro-optic polymer experience.
- experience in the fabrication of semiconductors or photonic devices in cleanroom. Optical device fabrication background a plus.
- High Volume Manufacturing experience and experience in process development to HVM transfer.
- Thin film characterization experience a plus (e.g., microscopes, profilometers, SEM, AFM, etc.).
Compensation
The salary range for this role is $95,000- $115,000

The back office Medical Assistant assists the provider (Physician, Physician Assistant or Nurse Practitioner) in examination and treatment of patients by performing the following duties.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

1. Completes intake by welcoming patients and prepares patients for healthcare visit by placing patient in exam room, obtains medical history and verifies patient’s information.
2. Responsible for documenting a full and accurate set of vital signs.
3. Populates all sections of the electronic medical record timely and accurately, including but not limited to allergies, medications, vaccines, social history and quality tab.
4. Assists providers during examination and treatment, performing point of care tests appropriate to skill level, certifications and state regulations.
5. Maintains supplies in storage areas and exam rooms.
6. Disinfects, cleans treatment rooms following patient examinations; Maintains safe, secure, and healthy work environment by establishing and following standards and procedures; complying with legal regulations.
7. Conducts business in a service-oriented manner that is attentive, cooperative, sensitive and respectful with all patients, visitors and colleagues.
8. Responsible for pre-visit planning per the standard operating procedure guidelines.
9. Maintain all logs and required checks (i.e. refrigerator temperatures, emergency medications, expired medications, oxygen, etc.)
10. Responsible to checking and addressing voicemails multiple times during the working day.
11. Responsible for addressing inbox messages (buckets) in the electronic medical record for providers, provider staff and self.
12. Back-up front office when needed including check in, check out, appointment scheduling and answering phones.
13. Maintain a professional working relationship with vendors that support the practice.
14. Follow HIPAA guidelines for all internal and external systems.
15. Ability to communicate appropriately with awareness of surroundings and audience.
16. Attends trainings and meetings as required.
Success Factors:
- Ability to complete individual assigned tasks as well as completing the tasks for the success of the clinic.
- Works well with people and can display empathy appropriately.
- Ability to actively listen and respond appropriately.
- Accurately maintains medical records for patients and provider.
Minimum Education and Experience:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Must be a graduate of an accredited healthcare program, i.e. Medical Assistant, CNA, LPN, EMT or equivalent work experience required (Mnium two years of hands MA in family/internal medicine to be accept in lieu if education)
- Maintain certifications per state guidelines
- Nationally recognized as a Certified Medical Assistant (CMA) strongly preferred
- Strong computer skills required. EMR experience preferred
- Some MA Experience required
- Current BLS card
