Our client, a Machinery Manufacturing company, is seeking a skilled eCommerce Project Manager to lead the delivery of complex, high conversion web projects. You will be the bridge between their stakeholders' visions and engineering team's execution.

Job Description:

• You will lead the Agile and Scrum process, facilitating daily stand-ups, sprint planning, retrospectives and demos.
• Adobe Commerce Expert: Guide the team through Adobe Commerce-specific workflows, including third-party integrations, module customisations and version upgrades.
• Stakeholder Management: Translate business language into technical requirements (User Stories) and manage expectations regarding scope and timelines.
• Backlog Refinement: Keep the product backlog healthy, prioritised and clearly defined so the dev team never hits a roadblock.

Qualifications:

• 3+ years of Project Management experience specifically within the eCommerce sector.
• Deep, hands-on experience managing projects on Magento 2/ Adobe Commerce (Cloud or On-Prem). Alternative enterprise eCommerce products will be considered (Shopify or Salesforce Commerce Cloud).
• Certified Scrum Master (CSM) or equivalent experience running Agile/Kanban teams in a fast-paced environment.
• You don't need to code, but you should understand the MVC architecture, APIs, and the difference between a core hack and a clean extension.
• Proficiency with Jira, Confluence, and roadmap software (like Roadmunk or Asana).

JOB SUMMARY

As a Toolmaker III, you play a critical role in developing and optimizing advanced tooling solutions for manufacturing processes. Leveraging your extensive experience and expertise as a toolmaker, you are responsible for designing, fabricating, manufacturing, and maintaining complex tools, dies, molds, and fixtures. ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

• Interprets complex engineering drawings, blueprints, and specifications to identify tooling requirements and constraints.

This position supports the development and implementation of industry-wide product safety, regulatory, and compliance solutions through the management of AEM’s product technical committees and related standards development work, primarily focusing on chemical regulations.

Responsibilities:

Chemical Regulations

• Monitor, analyze, and review chemical regulations, substance restrictions, and various material compliance and sustainability issues.

Technical Committee Work

What You'll Do

Reporting to the General Manager, the Shift Supervisor is responsible for planning and organizing the hour-by-hour activities for 2nd Shift manufacturing associates in two New Berlin facilities to meet the quality, delivery and cost expectations of our customers. Assures all associates work safely and any hazards are resolved quickly. Executes production plans and monitors job run times. Plant Supervision

• Provides technical support to the production floor by resolving issues as they arise

• Monitors, identifies and documents run times and process improvements of shop and production

Job Description
