The Role

Caleffi is seeking a detail-oriented Technical Writer to serve as the voice of our product expertise. You will bridge the gap between complex engineering and user-friendly documentation, ensuring our customers—from installers to engineers—have the most accurate and professional technical resources in the industry.

You'll work closely with our local Product and Marketing teams and our global technical experts at Caleffi S.p.A. to manage the full lifecycle of technical collateral.

Key Responsibilities

• Author & Editor: Create comprehensive instruction sheets, technical brochures, and submittal data for a premier line of hydronic and plumbing solutions.
• Global Collaboration: Partner with internal subject matter experts and our Italian headquarters to translate technical specs into polished, North American market-ready content.
• Quality Control: Act as the final line of defense for technical accuracy, grammar, and brand consistency across all print and digital media.
• Market Intelligence: Stay ahead of the curve by monitoring competitor technical marketing programs and evolving our online technical tools.

What You'll Need

• Industry Expertise: Minimum 4 years of experience in the HVAC, Hydronic, or Plumbing industries.
• Technical Foundation: A Bachelor's degree in Engineering, the Sciences, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
• Software Mastery: Power-user skills in Adobe Creative Suite (InDesign, Illustrator, Photoshop) and Microsoft Office.
• Precision: A \"eagle eye\" for detail and the ability to simplify complex mechanical concepts for diverse audiences.

About the Role

Under the general supervision of the Director of Manufacturing or Production Manager, the Production Supervisor is responsible for supervising the production team and scheduling shift production activities. This individual will also provide hands on assistance with machine set-ups.

Responsibilities

• Schedule and assign work to production personnel, to support production schedule and priorities.
• Supply stock/supplies to the production areas as required.
• Maintain the required shift reports to include machine counts, rejection rates, and labor reports.
• Ensure that all personnel are properly trained in the job functions associated with specific work assignments including manufacturing procedures, quality requirements and proper use of all tools.
• Follow established ISO and production procedures, ensure that all production employees are properly trained and are following procedures. Recommend changes to the procedures that will improve quality and/or productivity.
• Make hire, discipline and promotion recommendations of subordinates. Prepare annual written performance reviews and establish annual objectives consistent with the overall business strategy.
• Ensure the maintenance of general housekeeping for the department.
• Coordinate tool repairs/modifications with tool room and engineering.
• Perform all activities required to operate equipment, adjusting machinery to meet operating parameters specified.
• Following specifications, determine the appropriate methods of equipment operation. May operate several presses simultaneously.
• Perform new job or mold sampling when necessary, working with engineering.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

• You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities.  
• You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility.  
• You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable.  
• You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents.  

• You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.  

What you bring to Takeda:  

• High school diploma or equivalent to including graduate equivalent of a recognized educational nursing program with state requirements

As a Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse), you'll report to the Plasma Center Manager and work closely with the Center Physician on medical decisions.

What You'll Do

• Screen and determine donor eligibility, including medical history, physical exams, testing, and SPE review.
• Monitor and manage on‐site donor reactions following SOPs.
• Follow emergency procedures and collaborate with the Center Physician as needed.
• Communicate test results and guide donors through next steps.
• Support employee health programs (Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu).
• Assess and manage employee incidents in partnership with EHS.
• Serve as Pandemic Coordinator when assigned.

What You Bring

• High school diploma or equivalent, plus graduation from an accredited nursing program
• Active LPN/LVN license in the state of practice
• Current CPR/AED certification
• Meets state IV‐therapy requirements

BioLife Plasma Services is a subsidiary of Takeda Pharmaceutical Company Ltd. About the role: Every day, the donors you meet will motivate you. You will determine donor eligibility to donate plasma, management of donor adverse events, review of laboratory test results, and donor notification of unsuitable test results. The Medical Support Specialist (Plasma Center Nurse) works under the guidance of the Center Manager (or Assistant Manager as applicable) for operational guidance and under the management of the Center Physician for medical issues. The Medical Support Specialist will be familiar with regulations of the plasma collection industry or a manufacturing environment. The Medical Support Specialist follows guidance provided by BioLife Medical Affairs and provides center level support of environmental, health and safety (EHS). How you will contribute:You will determine donor eligibility; to include, proper management of informed consent, AIDS education and confidential self-exclusion, medical history interview and acceptance requirements, physical examination, blood testing, and reviewing Serological Protein Electrophoresis (SPE). You will evaluate donor reaction(s), which occurs at the facility as outlined in the SOPs. Follow applicable SOPs for medical emergencies including the development of Center Physician's standing orders and donor transport to emergency care facilities. You will refer to the Center Physician or Medical Affairs (as applicable) when in need of providing unacceptable findings to donors, or guidance concerning medical or technical issues, including donor safety and eligibility. You will support the Hepatitis B and Seasonal Flu vaccination programs for employees as applicable. You will manage employee incidents and determine whether further evaluation is required by occupational health/ER. Refer to EHS guidance regarding employee incidents. You can be a Pandemic Coordinator when authorized by EHS and support investigations associated with pandemic threats within the local community as indicated by EHS or Medical Affairs.
