About the Role: Estate Planning Attorney – Advanced Tax & Wealth Planning
We are seeking an experienced estate planning attorney with at least seven years of practice experience, including substantial work in advanced tax and wealth planning for high-net-worth individuals, families, and closely held business owners.
This role is ideal for an attorney who:
- Enjoys sophisticated, customized planning

- Can move seamlessly between foundational planning and highly complex structures

You will design and implement planning for both:
- Clients below the estate tax threshold who need thoughtful, protective planning, and

Key Responsibilities
- Design and implement sophisticated estate plans for high-net-worth clients and business owners

- Structure and draft complex planning vehicles, including:
- Irrevocable trusts (grantor and non-grantor)
- Lifetime gifting strategies
- Business succession plans

How you’ll make an impact in this role- Diagnostic Imaging Operations: Set up and adjust imaging equipment and transducers to perform routine and complex studies, accurately positioning patients and selecting technical parameters.
- Clinical Analysis & Quality: Recognize significant anatomical structures, pathology, and artifacts while ensuring high-quality image and document submission to PACS.
- Safety & Compliance: Implement safety standards and quality control procedures to ensure all activities strictly comply with regulatory agency requirements.

Licensure / Certification / Registration:

MHS is hiring married couples to serve as Full-time Flex Houseparents. In this unique and life-changing career, couples reside in on-campus student homes and provide care, guidance, supervision, and support for a group of approximately 8–13 students living in the home. Flex Houseparents play a vital role in creating a structured, family-like environment that fosters students’ academic, emotional, and social development so they can reach their full potential.
Responsibilities include:
- Providing daily supervision and mentorship
- Managing household routines and student schedules
- Administering medications and ensuring student wellness
- Driving students to activities, as well as planning and actively engaging in developmental and recreational activities with students
