Your new role

Detailed Responsibilities & Functional Scope
Strategic Leadership & Growth
- Partner with ownership to define and execute long-term strategic and operational priorities

- Lead and align all operational teams through clear expectations, standardized processes, and performance metrics

About The Role
The House of Stake (HoS) is the decentralized, token-based governance body within the NEAR ecosystem, operating at the intersection of governance, legal structure, funding flows, and stakeholder coordination.

- Per diem, hourly clinician role

What you'll be working on:
- Seeing patients with a broad array of patient needs; conducting a mix of acute, chronic, and well visits (not a panel-building role)
- Treating patients in-office as well as conducting occasional tele-health visits
- Ongoing collaboration with in-office teammates via daily huddles, as well as with virtual clinical teams
- Utilization of your specific clinical training and opportunities to perform in-office procedures
- Willing to obtain additional state licensure and credentialing for One Medical virtual primary care in additional states

Education, licenses, and experiences required for this role:
- Completed an accredited NP program with a national certification
- 103 NP or 104 NP categorized NP in California, able to practice autonomously without physician supervision
- In the past 5 years, practiced as an Advanced Practitioner for at least:
- 2 years in an outpatient primary care setting, OR
- 1 year in an outpatient primary care setting, coupled with either a 1 year primary care fellowship or 1+ year in an urgent care setting
- State licensed in CA, obtained by your One Medical start date

This is an hourly role across multiple office locations in San Francisco, CA.

The hourly rate for this role is $96.00. Final determination of starting pay may vary based on factors such as practice experience and patient care schedule. Additional pay may be determined for those candidates that exceed these specified qualifications and requirements. The total compensation package for this position may also include benefits. - Board Certified in Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics. If not yet Board Certified, must presently be a Board Eligible Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Resident, or have completed a Family Medicine or Internal Medicine/Pediatrics Residency Program within the last calendar year and scheduled to take the next available Board Exam
- State licensed in California, obtained before your One Medical start date
