The Role


The Fuse Fundraising Group’s Account Manager plays a key, proactive role in driving direct response fundraising and advocacy strategy from inception through to completion for several clients.  The Account Manager must effectively collaborate with Fuse colleagues, our clients, and our creative and production partners, to ensure the on-time execution of multiple concurrent projects.  This role requires a curious, self-starting individual with a willingness to roll up their sleeves and support the strategic efforts of their team. Key skills include a meticulous attention to detail, the ability to manage competing priorities, adherence to schedules and deadlines and the coordination and execution of the client’s fundraising campaign creative.

  • Production Coordination: Creation of production specs, validation of campaign budget against annual budgeted costs, release of artwork 
  • Coordination of approvals: Proofs, postage request and tracking, laser signoffs, insert signoffs, scanline approvals, live signoffs 
  • Data and coding related to campaign execution: Counts and dumps, source coding 
  • Management of campaign closure tasks: Source code documentation for reporting, review and confirm final package costs, update strategy with post-mortem notes to reflect any changes or updates, management of billing and invoices

Responsibilities Execute formal and exploratory test cases to validate system functionality, performance, and operational behavior Develop, maintain, and run test scripts, test data, and diagnostic tools Set up and configure test environments, simulators, and related assets Document testing results, update procedures, and track system discrepancies Collaborate with engineering teams to diagnose and resolve software or system issues Qualifications Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Computer Science, Systems, or related technical field Approximately 1–3 years of relevant experience, including internships or prior operational experience Familiarity with Agile or Scrum development processes Experience with test automation, scripting, or diagnostic tools Understanding of systems integration, networking, or Linux/Windows environments Strong documentation, analytical, and communication skills Why Join This role offers hands-on experience supporting naval decision-support programs that enhance situational awareness and mission planning.
