Advocate for students' rights and needs within the school and community.
8.
Develop and conduct training programs for school staff and parents on topics such as child development, mental health, and crisis intervention.

Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of students' progress, services provided, and any other relevant information.
Qualifications: 1.
A minimum of 0 years of experience as a School Social Worker.
2.
A valid Illinois Professional Educator License (IL PEL) with a School Social Worker endorsement.
3.
A Master's degree in Social Work from an accredited institution.
4.
Experience working with diverse student populations and dealing with a wide range of social, emotional, and behavioral issues.
5.
Strong knowledge of child development, psychology, and counseling techniques.
6.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and problem-solving skills.
7.
Ability to work collaboratively with students, parents, school staff, and community resources.
8.
Proficiency in maintaining accurate and confidential student records.
9.
Commitment to advocating for students' rights and needs and promoting an inclusive school environment.
