These technologists work in the Emergency Department, Operating Room, Same Day Surgery Center, Endoscopy, use portables to cover the entire hospital (ICU, PACU, NICU, et.), plus work with our inpatient population and outpatient walk-ins.
This fast-paced diagnostic department is a great place for a technologist who is looking for variety! This Radiology Technologist prepares patients for examinations and performs diagnostic radiology procedures following guidelines set by OhioHealth and the American Registry of Radiologic Technologists (ARRT).
This is a full-time, variable shift position working three 12-hour shifts with an every other weekend rotation.
Call is required one 8-hour shift per month.
Responsibilities And Duties: 40% Performs Diagnostic procedures.
Conducts routine radiographic studies in diagnostics.
Conducts routine and specialized fluoroscopy studies utilizing digital fluroscope equipment; Maintains proficiency in each of these areas.
Provides radiation safety for operator and patient.

Electronic Imaging Technician at Van Wert Hospital from 8am-230pm 4 days a week. Works under the direction of the Manager of Radiology Support Services (Imaging Service Center).
