Position Summary

We’re looking for a motivated and detail-oriented CAD Intern to support our Engineering team during the design, installation, and startup of a greenfield manufacturing facility. This role provides hands-on exposure to industrial layouts, equipment drawings, and engineering documentation used in a high-precision manufacturing environment.


Key Responsibilities


CAD Drafting & Drawing Support

Assist with creation and revision of 2D and 3D CAD drawings, layouts, and details

Support updates to equipment layouts, utilities routing, and general arrangement drawings

Incorporate markups, redlines, and as-built changes into controlled drawings


Engineering Documentation & Standards

  • Maintain organized drawing files and revision histories
  • Assist in developing and updating engineering standards, templates, and title blocks
  • Ensure drawings comply with internal drafting standards and document control practices


Project & Field Support

  • Support project engineers with drawing updates tied to installation progress
  • Support maintaining up-to-date status on the plant 2D CAD Layout and 3D BIM model.
  • Assist with document preparation for vendor coordination and field execution
  • Participate in site walk downs to understand how drawings translate to installed equipment


Cross-Functional Collaboration

  • Work closely with project engineers, controls, process, and facilities teams
  • Communicate clearly when drawings require clarification or escalation
  • Support coordination between engineering, contractors, and equipment suppliers


Required Qualifications

  • Enrolled in mechanical engineering, manufacturing engineering, drafting/design, or a related field

plan/forecast) and translate findings into clear business actions Develop pricing and profitability analyses for deals, programs, and product lines; support incentive and sales goal tracking Create and automate dashboards and reports in Excel/BI (Tableau) to monitor KPIs, mix, and margin trends Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Operations, Cost Accounting, and IT to improve data quality and standard processes Support monthly/quarterly close activities tied to revenue, standard margin bridges, and management reporting Advance planning/reporting process improvements; contribute to system enhancements (Oracle/Hyperion/Tableau) Manage large datasets; build from-scratch models and scenario analyses to guide commercial decisions You should have most of the following: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Economics Several years of relevant FP&A experience with strong revenue focus Experience in a product-based environment; manufacturing or distribution preferred Advanced Excel skills with comfort handling large datasets and building models from scratch Strong experience in financial modeling, forecasting, budgeting, and variance analysis Familiarity with standard cost and standard margin concepts; able to explain results to Sales/Commercial partners Proficiency with FP&A/BI tools: Hyperion Planning, Oracle, Tableau (or similar) Proven ability to influence decisions through clear communication and data-driven insights Nice to Have: SQL; Tableau power user; pricing analytics; sales pipeline reporting; incentive comp tracking; process improvement and/or system implementation experience Interested in hearing more? Senior Safety Manager Job Description: The HITT Senior Safety Manager is responsible for the safety performance and safety development of their assigned business units and direct reports.

This individual is seen as a subject matter expert within HITT and plays a pivotal role in developing HITT’s corporate safety program and safety culture.

This individual is actively engaged in regular and frequent safety communication and is responsible for the growth and improvement of all department functions.

Responsibilities Manage direct report workloads based on project volume, project need and additional department responsibilities and make staffing recommendations.

Conduct regular checks and yearly performance evaluations for all direct reports Assess training and learning needs for direct reports Train and support Safety Superintendents and/or Safety Managers as needed Review career path goals with team members, providing feedback on career development Work with Operations Leadership to assess safety needs and incorporate into department goals and growth.

OSHA 500 preferred Degree and eight years of experience or twelve or more years of construction safety experience.

Other professional experience/skills may act as a substitute.
