· Estimate Preparation:

Minimum 5+ years field experience with strong understanding of construction means/methods, constructability aspects, and activity sequencing

Experience in civil and rotating equipment works is strongly considered

Ability to read and interpret drawings/specifications/Isometrics

About the Role:

Summary The Field Service Technician performs a variety of tasks, including but not limited to, onsite bolting, heat treating and/or field machining. Role Description:

The purpose of a Medical Scribe (CIS or Medical Scribe) at Oak Street Health is to support our primary care providers with clinical documentation so that they can focus on providing exceptional care to our patients. Scribes assist providers throughout the patient care journey - huddling each morning to plan for the day's visits, joining them in the exam room to observe and document, and touching base after the visit to assist with next steps.

Beyond the typical Scribe role, these important care team members serve as clinical documentation assistants to their paired provider. Internally, we call them CISs (Clinic Informatics Specialists) in recognition of their important role in supporting accurate, specific, and timely clinical documentation. In addition to observing and documenting all patient encounters in real time, our Scribes become experts in our value-based care model and the documentation and care of chronic conditions, including ICD-10 and CPT coding. Scribes use this expertise to help providers identify and help close care gaps. Scribes receive extensive on-the-job training in clinical workflows, value-based medicine, preventative care for chronic conditions, accurate and specific documentation, population health data streams, and team based care.

The Tankerman/ Person is primary accountable for his own health, safety, and cleanliness. He must be familiar with Martin Marine - SMS-Safety Management System , VRP- Vessel Response Policies, procedures, safety rules and regulations, and must abide by them at all times.

The Tankerman/ Person are responsible for the safety, operational, maintenance and housekeeping duties while serving on a Martin vessel.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Operational

a) Making up the tow

b) Dropping, spotting and switching barges at docks;

c) Assisting and switching barges at docks;

d) Standing lookout, or riding the head of the tow as a lookout; and,

e) Performing the various tasks necessary to carry out the above, such as making a coupling, operating winches and ratchets, and line handling, include splicing and throwing lines.

f) Confirming with and receiving orders from the Captain, Relief Captain, Mate

EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE

The Tankerman is required to be coast guard certified to conduct necessary transfers of the various liquid cargoes handled by Martin Marine. The Tankerman must be able to demonstrate the special handle loading and discharging of cargo and fuels. On the job training, experience and the ability to read and understand the tankerman manual are all necessary requirements.

* Must obtain a U.S.C.G./MMC-MMD PIC-DL/LG (Dangerous Liquids/Liquified Gas, Transportation Worker Identification Credential (TWIC)

* Must be able to work 2 for 1 schedules 14-7, 20-10, 28-14, on a vessel

Primary Responsibilities: The RTC Registered nurse is responsible for applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills to promote the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards This position will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to RTC patients through education, nursing assessment, and administration of medication The RTC Registered Nurse assesses physiological and psychosocial needs, implements nursing interventions, and communicates patient concerns to the healthcare team You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications: Associate degree in Nursing Valid and current Texas RN license BLS through American Heart Association ACLS within 3 months of employment Completion annually of 10 CEU's related to Emergency Care 5 years of RN experience OR 2 years of experience in ICU and/or Emergency Department Experience with EMRs Ability to use equipment and related supplies for selected patient population and for CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy Basic computer skills Driver's license and access to reliable transportation Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor degree in Nursing ICU experience or 5 years of experience in Emergency Department ACLS CCRN EPIC experience IV access experience Port access experience Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

Position Summary: We are seeking qualified candidates for the role of RN Infusion at varying levels (I, II).

The selected candidate will be placed at the appropriate level based on qualifications and experience.

All levels contribute to patient care under the supervision of licensed medical professionals, with increasing responsibilities at higher levels.

Primary Responsibilities: RN Infusion I/II: The Infusion Registered Nurse is responsible for applying clinical nursing knowledge and skills to promote the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational, and professional standards This position will collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to provide exceptional care to infusion patients through education, nursing assessment, and administration of medications such as chemotherapy, immunotherapy, and other IV therapies The Infusion Registered Nurse assesses for physiological and psychosocial needs, implements nursing interventions, and communicates patient concerns to the healthcare team You'll be rewarded and recognized for your performance in an environment that will challenge you and give you clear direction on what it takes to succeed in your role as well as provide development for other roles you may be interested in.

Required Qualifications: Graduate from an approved RN program Completion of ONS/ONCC Chemotherapy Immunotherapy Certificate Course within 3 months of employment Valid and current Texas RN license Basic Life Support (BLS) certification through the American Heart Association 6 months of RN experience or 1 years of KSC experience in lieu of 6 months with approval from Kelsey Seybold Director of Nursing, Cancer Services Experience with EMRs Computer proficiency Proficiency in IV insertion Proven clear communication skills, both written and verbal Preferred Qualification: For RN Infusion II: 5 years clinical RN experience 2 years infusion, oncology, or related experience center, clinic, or hospital setting with 1 years of waived testing and specimen processing experience in clinical setting Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.

The registered nurse provides nursing care to patients in an assigned clinical area and leadership on the unit, under the supervision of a Nurse Supervisor, or RN Coordinator.

The RN applies clinical nursing knowledge and utilizes demonstrated skills to ensure the safety and comfort of patients and families according to legal, organizational and professional standards.

The RN utilizes critical thinking to identify priorities and make judgments concerning basic and comprehensive needs of multiple patients in order facilitate appropriate and timely care.

Including CPR, oxygen administration, and intravenous therapy.

Computer experience Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in nursing Specialty nursing certification in ambulatory care or one appropriate to the specialty area assigned 2 years of ambulatory care Windows bases computer skills EPIC experience ACLS and/or PALS Pay is based on several factors including but not limited to local labor markets, education, work experience, certifications, etc.
