Position Overview: Role: Permanent Pulmonary and Critical Care Physician Start Date: Mid-2025 Location: Near Germantown, NY, serving a surrounding network of facilities Schedule: Inpatient & Outpatient Balance: 1 week per month in ICU 1 week per month pulmonary consults 2 weeks per month in the outpatient office Call & Weekend Coverage: Night call 2-3 times per month, with one weekend shift Weekend coverage rotation is 1 in every 4 to 5 weeks Support Structure: Closed ICU with 24/7 Critical Care coverage Visa Sponsorship: Open to H-1B candidates; J-1 waivers are not accepted Qualifications: Board Certified/Eligible in Pulmonary and Critical Care Medicine ??? Required New York State Medical License (or in-process) ??? Required DEA Certification (or willingness to obtain) ???
