Front Line Manager in Training
Position Overview
This position will entail approximately two to four months of training in our Reno, Nevada location and after training, the position will require relocation flexibility to Las Vegas or remain in Reno, based on business need at the time of completion of training.
At CarMax, all new managers complete a structured four-month training program to ensure they are prepared to succeed in their new role. The Front-Line Manager in Training is a training and development program designed to give a new CarMax manager the tools they need to assume the role of a Front-Line Manager within the Service Operations department. All Front-Line Managers in Training must successfully complete the training program before taking on the role of a Front-Line Manager.
Training includes learning the following:
· Roles and responsibilities of functional areas within Service Operations
· End-to-end production process including inventory management, cosmetic and mechanical repair
· Fundamental management skills of leaders at CarMax through our Management Development Program
Upon successful completion of the Front-Line Manager in Training Program, the new Manager will be placed in one of the following roles: Flow Mechanical Manager, Flow Cosmetic Manager, Flow Supply Manager, Inventory Manager, or Service Manager.

Team Overview
Supports the Service Operations department by preparing new managers to lead teams across various functional areas. This role plays a critical part in ensuring operational excellence and leadership readiness across the store.
Role Responsibilities

Job Summary:
The Subsurface Analyst will join a highly trained team of field specialists responsible for identifying and designating critical subsurface utilities and structural embeds within concrete structures. This role supports safe excavation and construction activities by providing accurate, non-destructive investigations of underground infrastructure.
This position operates within the discipline of non-destructive testing (NDT) and utilizes advanced technologies including Ground Penetrating Radar (GPR), electromagnetic (EM) pipe locators, and other specialized scanning tools. In addition to performing field investigations, the Subsurface Analyst will capture and document findings to create a digital representation of previously unknown subsurface infrastructure.
Duties and Responsibilities:
- Perform investigative scanning activities on commercial, industrial, and infrastructure job sites.
- Collect and analyze field data to designate structural embeds including rebar, conduits, post-tension cables, and other structural elements.
- Locate underground utilities such as sewer, water, communications, gas, and electrical lines.
- Travel as required for training and service support.
- Accurately mark scanned areas in accordance with Penhall’s Standard Marking Protocol.
- Complete comprehensive field documentation including reports, sketches, and photographic records.
- Partner with site personnel to review and confirm project scope prior to beginning work.

- Prior experience with GPR, X-ray scanning, utility locating, or concrete scanning services is a plus
- OSHA 10-hour or OSHA 30-hour certification preferred (may be obtained after hire)

IT Support / Application Support Specialist
Technical Role Summary
This role provides frontline and Tier 1.5 technical support for PBS infrastructure, end-user computing, and business applications. The IT Support / Application Support Specialist is responsible for independently resolving a high percentage of incidents while strictly following documented procedures, security controls, and escalation paths. The role serves as the technical intake point between users and Tier 2/3 teams, ensuring issues are accurately diagnosed, reproducible, and fully documented prior to escalation.
Core Technical Responsibilities
- Serve as primary intake for IT incidents and service requests via phone, email, and ticketing system
- Perform structured troubleshooting using documented workflows and root-cause isolation techniques
- Resolve Windows OS issues including profile corruption, OS configuration, patching, and driver-related problems
- Support endpoint hardware (desktops, laptops, printers, scanners, peripherals) including break/fix replacement
- Administer Active Directory objects (users, groups) following least-privilege standards
- Create, modify, disable, and audit Microsoft 365 user accounts, mailboxes, licenses, and group memberships
- Troubleshoot Microsoft 365 services (Outlook connectivity, Teams issues, OneDrive sync, SharePoint access)
- Perform basic network diagnostics (IP configuration, DNS resolution, gateway reachability, latency symptoms)

The Director of Human Resources, as with all members of the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa Team, is expected to conduct himself/herself in a manner which demonstrates initiative, professionalism, personal awareness, integrity, and exercises confidentiality in the appropriate areas of his/her performance. The Director of Human Resources supports the Atlantis Casino Resort Spa’s Vision, Mission, Values, and consistently performs all functions in a fashion that inspires and motivates others to actively pursue them.
Responsibilities
- Plans, organizes, and controls all activities of the department. Develops department goals, objectives, and systems. Develops and administers various human resources plans, policies and procedures for all company personnel.
- Evaluates information, decisions, and results of department in relation to established goals. Recommends new approaches, policies and procedures to effect continual improvements in efficiency of department and services performed. Develops, recommends and implements personnel policies and procedures.
- Monitors compensation program and organizational job structures; updates job descriptions as necessary; conducts annual salary surveys; analyzes compensation; monitors performance evaluation program and revises as necessary.
- Develops, recommends, and implements human resources policies and procedures; maintains up-to-date Standard Operating Procedures (SOP) of the department’s processes.
- Generates suggestions for improving work flows; develops innovative approaches and ideas.
- Develops and coordinates various training materials and outside speakers to deliver meaningful information at Management staff meetings.
- Responsible for maintaining records and procedures for controlling human resource transactions and team member data. Oversees the accurate maintenance of human resources related files and records.
- Oversees recruiting and selection procedures. Ensures that all selection processes follow state and federal regulations.
- Responds to team member relation issues such as complaints, harassment allegations, and civil rights complaints. Performs investigations as necessary and makes recommendations for corrective action.
- Maintains compliance with federal, state, and Gaming Control Board regulations concerning employment.
- Coordinates response to unemployment claims, hearings and appeals.
- Responds to all EEOC (Equal Employment Opportunity Commission) and/or NERC (Nevada Equal Rights Commission) claims.
- Guides and advises supervisors and managers on effective and legal documentation of team member performance, and makes recommendations for improvement.
- Responsible for planning and maintaining HR department budget and expenses.
- Working with HR team, creates and delivers various training and development programs to enhance organizational performance.
- Performs other incidental and related duties as required and assigned.
Qualifications

Compensation
- Compensation: Providers are compensated based on a percentage of the revenue they generate through billing and collections. Actual earnings vary based on caseload, patient volume, services rendered, and billing and collection performance.
