WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT TO DO AS A PROJECT MANAGER AT SIGMA:


Core Description: The Project Manager manages small to large-scale complex projects from project initiation to project close-out. Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure proper communication, accurate and on-time reporting, and management of the schedule. The Project Manager is also responsible for maintaining and growing their client(s) accounts.


Project Leadership:

  • Serve as a mentor and coach to assistant project managers, offering guidance and support.

Project Planning:

  • Establish, track, and control project cost, scope, schedule, and budget to deliver assigned projects in accordance with contractual agreement.
  • Creation of Proposals. Lead kickoff meetings and discovery calls. Works with the Project Engineer on scope, schedule, and budget
  • Plan, schedule, and execute all phases of projects or programs in accordance with project management processes, policies, guidelines, and corporate governance.
  • Develop high-level project workflow and ensure project scopes and milestone dates for all assigned projects.
  • Provide project cost forecasting over the life of the project or program.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure the successful delivery of products/services.

Project Monitoring and Reporting:

  • Prepare project change orders and/or correction actions in collaboration with the client, Project Engineer(s), and Operations Manager
  • Monitor and report on key metrics, customer satisfaction, and performance against objectives.
  • Maintain accurate records of client interactions, agreements, and sales activities in the CRM system.

Project Closure:

  • Ensure the orderly closure of projects, including finalizing all project activities, obtaining client acceptance, and conducting post-project evaluations.
  • Document lessons learned and share best practices with the organization.

Budget Management:

  • Develop and manage project budgets, tracking expenses and ensuring financial goals are met.
  • Project invoicing.

Risk Management:

  • Identify potential risks and issues that may impact project success and develop risk mitigation plans and contingency strategies. Monitor and manage risks throughout the project life cycle.

Communication:

  • Liaises between project members, cross-functional teams, external vendors, and other stakeholders to ensure deliverables, requirements, schedules, cost, and meeting plans are communicated.
  • Maintain clear and consistent communication with all project stakeholders. Provide regular project updates to management and team members.
  • Lead project update calls and in-person meetings with external clients throughout the project life cycle.
  • Monitor and manage expectations of communication between staff and external clients.

Customer/Client Relationship Management:

  • Build and nurture client relationships, understanding their needs and business objectives.
  • Build an understanding of the customer's organizational structure and decision-making process.
  • Serve as a primary point of contact for assigned clients, addressing inquiries and providing exceptional service.
  • Communicate effectively with clients to provide updates, gather feedback, and troubleshoot any issues.
  • Proactively identify opportunities to upsell or cross-sell additional offerings to existing customers.
  • Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and sales materials to clients as needed.
  • Stay informed about industry trends and developments to provide value to clients.
  • Contribute towards and execute on the strategic plan to target new business opportunities.

Requirements:


Education and Experience Requirements:

  • Education*: H.S. Diploma or equivalent is required. An Associate's or Bachelor's degree is preferred, but not required
  • Experience*: 5+ years of relevant industry experience, 3+ years of Project Management experience *. Management may consider other education and/or work experience to be acceptable for appointment to this position.
  • Project management certification preferred.
  • Proven experience in project management, with a track record of successfully delivering projects on time and on budget.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to manage multiple stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Must be results-driven with a dedicated focus on achieving successful project performance, customer satisfaction, and organic sales growth.
  • Demonstrated level of understanding of commonly used project management concepts, practices, and procedures.

Job Summary:

The Account Manager is responsible for underwriting low-income housing tax credit projects, driving deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating Credit Committee memos, and providing in-depth analysis of key diligence items to recommend actions to the Committee and Risk Officer. In this process, the Account Manager performs an unbiased evaluation of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, measuring the risks, and identifying mitigants associated with these transactions.

Function/Responsibility

As part of underwriting assigned proposed tax credit investments:

 

  • Understands all facets of the deal, including but not limited to guarantor review, income and expense analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence review
  • Facilitates due diligence collection and review
  • Joins and is an active participant in closing calls to maintain the closing timeline
  • Prepares and presents the Investment Memo package – including narratives, descriptions, risks and mitigants, and other ad hoc analyses illustrating pertinent aspects of the investment – for internal approval at various times during the closing process
  • Owns the financial model throughout the closing process, including the maintenance of yield from LOI through Closing
  • Identifies and elevates risk items or changes to the Originator, Risk Officer, or other parties affected by changes and identifies mitigants
  • Provides regular updates with AVP of Accounts Management; EVP, Acquisitions; and Risk Officer regarding deal underwriting progress including status of closing checklist review, review of due diligence materials, transaction timing, and problematic issue identification and resolution to assist in the management of the closing pipeline
  • Collaborates with Originator to enable coordinated communication with Developer partners using a positive and proactive approach that will foster long-term positive relationships.

Job Summary:


The Senior Account Manager is responsible for underwriting complex low-income housing tax credit projects with sophisticated developer and investor partners, driving deals through the closing process, managing and coordinating Credit Committee memos, and providing in-depth analysis of key diligence items to recommend actions to the Committee and Risk Officer. In this process, the Senior Account Manager performs an unbiased evaluation of transactions, structuring tax credit investments, measuring the risks, and identifying mitigants associated with these transactions. As AVP of Training, this role plays a primary role in guiding accounts management colleagues in LIHTC underwriting concepts and financial modeling, both through formal training and informal consultation.

Essential Job Functions:


Function/Responsibility -

As part of underwriting assigned proposed tax credit investments:

  •      Understands all facets of the deal, including but not limited to guarantor review, income and expense analysis, financial underwriting, and due diligence review
  •      Facilitates due diligence collection and review
  •      Joins and is an active participant in closing calls to maintain the closing timeline
  •      Prepares and presents the Investment Memo package – including narratives, descriptions, risks and mitigants, and other ad hoc analyses illustrating pertinent aspects of the investment – for internal approval at various times during the closing process
  •      Owns the financial model throughout the closing process, including the maintenance of yield from LOI through Closing
  •      Identifies and elevates risk items or changes to the Originator, Risk Officer, or other parties affected by changes, and identifies mitigants
  •      Provides regular updates with AVP of Accounts Management regarding deal underwriting progress, including status of closing checklist review, review of due diligence materials, transaction timing, and problematic issue identification and resolution to assist in the management of the closing pipeline
  •      Collaborates with Originator to enable coordinated communication with Developer partners using a positive and proactive approach that will foster long-term positive relationships.
  •      Ensure that OCCH’s underwriting guidelines are met on each transaction
  •      Leads transition to Construction and Asset Management
  •      Assists in conducting LIHTC underwriting and structuring trainings to the Acquisition team based on a program schedule created by the AVP, Accounts Management, with input from the EVP, Acquisitions, EVP, Capital Markets, and Chief Risk Officer
  •      Assist the AVP, Accounts Management in identifying gaps in the account management process and procedures and recommend improvements
  •      Review and help refine OCCH methodologies for underwriting, including guarantor and OPEX analysis
  •      Make themselves available to schedule time and answer underwriting questions from other account managers, as needed
  •      Other duties as assigned

 

Education / Certifications:

  •      Bachelor’s degree in Business, Accounting, or Finance, or related field required.

Work Experience:

  • Minimum 7 years of direct experience in affordable multifamily housing.
  • Experience with complex mixed-income transactions utilizing tax-exempt bonds, LIHTC, HUD, and other affordable housing finance tools. Comprehensive knowledge of the LIHTC Program, commercial real estate development, corporate and partnership legal and taxation issues.

Cardiac Specialty/ Cardiac Specialty Intermediate is specialized in taking care of a variety of cardiovascular diseases which includes:
Peripheral Vascular: Angiogram, Thrombectomy

The technologist must have knowledge of the various imaging equipment in use including fluoroscopy, computed tomography (CT), and ultrasound.
Neuro Interventional Specific:
