- Materials Integration: Design and execute experiments to evaluate and qualify both internally developed and third-party materials—including ceramic resins and specialty formulations—for use on BMF systems. Drive materials innovation and integration to expand the range of applications and performance capabilities.
- Sales Collaboration: Partner closely with the Sales Team to address unique customer challenges, translating technical insights into practical solutions. Communicate directly with customers to ensure alignment, satisfaction, and long-term success.
- Industry Insights: Stay current on industry trends, emerging technologies, and evolving use cases in precision ceramics and additive manufacturing. Qualifications:
- Hands-on experience printing with ceramic materials and an understanding of their behavior, post-processing requirements, and design considerations.

QUALIFICATIONS
Professional Profile
- Experience: 8–10+ years of progressive project management experience in heavy civil construction (site work, mass grading, and utility infrastructure), including knowledge of construction costing, scheduling, estimating, purchasing, project accounting, and engineering principles & techniques.
- Licensure: Valid MA Construction Supervisor License (CSL) and OSHA 30 are required.
- Communication: Highly professional communication skills, including the ability to deal proactively with challenging situations directly and constructively, are critical to success in this role.
- Adaptability: A proven track record of succeeding in growth-stage companies where "wearing multiple hats" and taking initiative are keys to success.

The Department of Physics in the College of Engineering at the University of Massachusetts Dartmouth invites applications for an Assistant/Associate Teaching Professor position. This is a full-time academic year, non-tenure-track position with primary responsibilities for undergraduate laboratory and classroom teaching.
Duties
It is expected the successful candidate will be an engaging and effective teacher with a strong commitment to student learning and success. Responsibilities include teaching undergraduate and graduate physics courses including upper-level physics laboratory courses; providing assistance to senior capstone and research projects; collaborating with faculty to enhance the physics curriculum; academic advising; participating in department, university and professional service; and fostering interdisciplinary collaborations in education.
Minimum Qualifications
Candidates must have earned a PhD degree in physics or related field at the time of employment; have experience with teaching at the college level, particularly at the undergraduate level; possess excellent communication skills; demonstrate a strong commitment to teaching excellence, and be authorized to work in the US on a full-time basis.
