Job Overview: We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Sales Representative to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a passion for our mission and a proven track record in sales. This role specifically involves selling media advertising and sponsorship, as well as event sponsorship opportunities, to businesses and organizations, generating revenue to support our non-profit initiatives. Additionally, the sales representative will support and assist donation campaign efforts. As a small newsroom, we are looking for a partner in our mission that is adaptable, trustworthy, and willing to support the team.

Role & Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement sales and fundraising strategies to achieve revenue goals.
• Manage existing accounts and maintain relationships, understanding the unique and changing needs of these clients.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with new clients, understanding their needs and providing tailored advertising solutions.
• In addition to increasing business beyond established accounts within an existing book of business, the ideal candidate must be eager to meet with prospective clients in person, as well as by phone, Zoom, and email.
• In collaboration with editorial and executive staff, assist in design, messaging and management annual fundraising campaign
• Generate leads, maintain relationships, create sales campaigns for print and digital advertising campaigns, write proposals, and develop event sponsorships.
• Daily responsibilities include prospecting new advertisers throughout Wisconsin, with particular emphasis on the Madison, Milwaukee, and Fox Valley regions. Reaching out in person, by phone, email and through social media channels. Make sales presentations (in-person and over mediums such as Zoom), writing sales proposals, account management of clients, and networking at various business events.
• Drive revenue through a consultative sales approach and create valuable partnerships within the non-profit and business communities.
• Participate in company and community outreach events.
• Follow social media and read our publications for lead generation.
• Stay updated on industry trends and the competitive landscape to identify new business opportunities.
• Deliver quality service to accounts, process ads, create graphics, grow sales accounts, and attend to aging accounts.
• Attend regular sales and other team meetings. 
• Work with and maintain the company CRM.
• Regularly coordinate sales of ad placements and sponsorships with colleagues.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree preferred, in Business, Marketing, Communications, or a related field.
• Three or more years of experience in media sales, advertising, or a related field.
• Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Position Overview

The Lead AI Safety and Enablement Engineer ensures the safe, reliable and scalable use of AI and machine learning across Exact Sciences. This role focuses on developing and implementing systems, tools, and frameworks that embed responsible AI principles into the organization's technology ecosystem. The position combines software engineering expertise with a strong understanding of AI risk management, compliance, and observability.

This role is based in one of our office location. Relocation assistance provided to those not local to the area and willing to relocate.

Essential Duties

Include, but are not limited to, the following:

• Support implementation of enterprise standards for AI safety, transparency, and reliability.
• Develop and maintain shared AI safety tools such as model catalogs, metadata registries, and monitoring systems for bias, drift, and performance.
• Build APIs, templates, and SDKs that integrate governance and validation into AI/ML development pipelines.
• Contribute to the design of observability and telemetry solutions for continuous monitoring of model and data quality.
• Collaborate with Legal, Privacy, Compliance, and InfoSec teams to translate AI policies into automated controls and technical safeguards.
• Work with ML and GenAI teams to embed validation and safety checkpoints in AI workflows.
• Participate in cross-functional reviews and discussions supporting AI governance and responsible AI practices.
• Promote awareness and adoption of responsible AI principles through tools, documentation, and knowledge sharing.
• Support and comply with the company's Quality Management System policies and procedures.
• Uphold company mission and values through accountability, innovation, integrity, quality, and teamwork.

Minimum Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Artificial Intelligence, or a related field.
• 8 years of experience in software, ML systems, or platform engineering.
• Practical experience with AI lifecycle tools (e.g., MLflow, Arize, WhyLabs, Label Studio).
• Proficiency in Python, CI/CD processes, and cloud platforms (AWS, Azure, or GCP).
• Experience developing scalable and compliant ML systems and tools.

Preferred Qualifications

• Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Engineering, or AI.

Salary Range:

$184,000.00- $276,000.00

Our client is seeking a Senior Instrumentation & Controls Engineer to support and help lead their growing I&C team.

This is a senior-level role ideal for someone looking to combine technical project execution with mentorship and leadership. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with the I&C Manager, overseeing controls design, programming, and commissioning across a variety of advanced industrial and process-related projects.

The Senior I&C Engineer will ideally have the following attributes:

• Bachelor’s Degree (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering.
• 8+ years of experience in PLC-based controls system design, programming, and commissioning.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD Electrical and electrical schematic design.
• Extensive hands-on experience programming PLCs (Allen Bradley, Siemens, GE, Wago, etc.) and configuring HMIs.

The Senior I&C Engineer duties will involve:

• Supporting and mentoring a Michigan-based I&C team under the direction of the I&C Manager.
• Designing and reviewing system architectures, P&IDs, and control sequences.
• Programming PLCs and HMIs, and integrating controls across custom-engineered systems.
• Developing bills of material (BOMs), instrument indexes, panel layouts, and wiring diagrams.
• Preparing technical documentation such as scope of work packages and contractor tools.
• Leading system testing and validation activities in-house and at customer sites.
• Executing field commissioning, I/O checkout, and instrumentation tuning.
• Ensuring systems operate according to design intent and delivering high-performance results.

As a Senior Outside Plant Construction Technician in Madison, WI, you will oversee the construction and maintenance of PON/fiber network communications facilities in TDS Telecom serving areas. Performs advanced operation of construction equipment which includes, but is not limited to, trenchers, backhoes, end loaders, and plows. Manages the overall project while coordinating with internal and external resources. Ensures the entire team operates according to safety protocols.

Training:

As a Senior Outside Plant Construction Technician, you will have the opportunity to obtain a Class A CDL through our in-house training program. You will attend safety training at one of our new facilities where you will also be trained on Pole Climbing and Bucket Trucks. On-the-job training includes exposure to various construction equipment including Directional Drill Rigs, Mini Excavators, Trenchers, and Locators. Fiber optic training includes Fusion Splicing, Fault Detection, and exposure to OTDRs and other advanced testing equipment.

• Receives maps and staking sheets for the full construction project and ensures project is built, with limited guidance from supervisors.
• Communicates updates to the project team as required.
• Manages daily and weekly project work based on deadlines, material and equipment availability, weather, and other factors.
• Coordinates with supervisor to ensure continual supply of work and availability of materials.
• Drafts and submits redlines upon completion of project.
• Ensures locates are performed on time and prior to team and equipment arriving at the worksite.

  • Advanced operation of all test equipment associated with outside plant facilities and construction duties.
  • Installs, troubleshoots, tests, splices, repairs, and maintains fiber optic facilities.
  • Identifies location of defective cable using various test equipment and repairs buried, aerial, underground, and/or customer cable.
  • Locates cable and fiber in response to customer requests and/or construction needs.
  • Performs cable fault acceptance tests on newly constructed facilities.
• Actively trains, monitors, and coaches team members while sharing construction knowledge and experience. Performs quality control inspections and makes training recommendations. Ensures safety protocols are enforced.
•  Services, cleans, maintains, and repairs equipment.
• Completes all related paperwork in a timely manner.
• Provides assistance to field services technicians, as needed.

Required Qualifications

• 1+ years of experience leading construction projects as a crew foreperson or project manager.
• Must follow the TDS attendance guidelines in order to meet TDS’s business needs including but not limited to our obligations to our customers and to our customers’ needs.
• Must have and maintain a valid driver’s license and remain eligible for DOT requirements.

Other Qualifications

• Must have the ability to obtain a Class A CDL. A current CDL is preferred at hire, but TDS will train and certify eligible associates through its in-house CDL certification program after hire.
• Physical requirements may vary based on company needs: Ability to climb poles, ladders, towers, and other structures as needed. Ability to kneel, dig, lift, and pull.
• Upon hire, must successfully pass all components of the Safety Training course curriculum.
• Upon hire, must successfully complete customer-specific requirements, which may include a background check administered by the customer.
• Preferred 2+ years’ experience in the construction of fiber optic cable outside plant networks -OR- 2+ years installation of any underground or overhead utilities will be considered.
