Position Summary
The Construction Manager s responsible for leading the execution of the Southwest Region's commercial real estate development and major capital improvement projects. Acting as the owner’s representative, the Director oversees all phases of the construction process—from due diligence and pre-development through project delivery and stabilization—ensuring that projects are delivered on schedule, within budget, and aligned with the Company’s investment strategy.
This role partners closely with the acquisitions, development, asset management, and finance teams to manage construction risk, control project costs, and optimize project outcomes across the firm’s portfolio.
Key Responsibilities
Development Strategy & Project Leadership- Lead construction execution for ground-up developments, redevelopments, and major capital projects across the firm’s portfolio.
Pre-Development & Planning- Oversee project planning including budgeting, scheduling, design coordination, and entitlement support.
Contractor Procurement & Contract Negotiation- Lead the selection and negotiation of general contractors and key subcontractors and coordinate with legal counsel on construction agreements and risk allocation.
Construction Oversight & Execution- Provide executive oversight of all active construction projects and ensure project teams maintain compliance with schedule, budget, and quality expectations.
Financial Oversight & Capital Deployment - Oversee construction budgets, cost reports, and forecasting, coordinate construction loan draws with lenders and finance teams.
Lender & Investor Coordination- Interface with construction lenders, joint venture partners, and investors regarding project progress.
Risk Management & Compliance - Ensure projects comply with local building codes, regulatory requirements, and safety standards. Identify and proactively mitigate construction and schedule risks.
Portfolio Oversight - Manage multiple development projects simultaneously across various asset types. Develop standardized construction reporting, budgeting, and scheduling practices.
Project Close-Out & Asset Transition- Coordinate transition of completed projects to asset management and property management teams.
Qualifications
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, Architecture, Real Estate Development, or a related field preferred.
Experience
- 7- 12 years in commercial construction, development, or owner’s representation.
- Significant experience managing ground-up development and large redevelopment projects.
- Prior experience working with a commercial real estate developer, institutional owner, or private equity real estate firm strongly preferred.
Knowledge & Skills
- Deep understanding of construction delivery methods, project budgeting, and scheduling.
- Strong familiarity with entitlement, permitting, and municipal approval processes.

Position Overview:
This position is responsible for working with the Estimating Group to provide complete proposal packages for client turnover. The individual filling this role will be responsible for estimating projects the size and scope of up to $25M, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
Job Duties:
- Estimate projects the size and scope of up to $25MM, depending on the complexity of the project and the amount of self-performance work.
- Attend pre-bid meetings.
- Read and understand all bid documents. These are to include all drawings, scope of work, contract documents and project specific specifications.
- Draft pre-estimate checklist & opportunity matrix based on information from the bid documents and pre-bid meeting. Ability to quickly establish ROM pricing for further evaluation of opportunities.
- Set up bid review meetings.
- Review Request for Information (RFIs) to address questions throughout the bid process.
- Perform quantity take-offs and review junior estimator takeoffs and, if necessary, enter into estimating software.
- Assign labor, equipment, materials, and subcontractors to the task quantities.
- Support Junior Estimator in work with subcontractors and vendors for pricing. Expectation of three estimates per trade or material.
- Understand project requirements and assign indirect costs.

The Role
This is an opportunity to own and build a support function at a company experiencing hypergrowth in the US market. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is for someone who sees a blank slate as an opportunity. The customer base is scaling rapidly and this position will be responsible for building the support function that grows with it. The right candidate will be hands-on, close to the product and customers before building out the systems, tooling, and team capable of sustaining growth without compromising the experience
Responsibilities
- Handle tickets and calls directly to build deep product knowledge and earn customer trust
- Design and implement the core support ticket infrastructure: SLAs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows with Engineering and Product
- Optimize the CRM/ticketing environment (automations, reporting, routing) and build out a self-serve knowledge base including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
- Serve as the voice of the customer, translating support patterns and user feedback into actionable product insights
- Define and track key operational KPIs and build automations to drive ongoing efficiency
- Champion team autonomy and maintain quality standards throughout a period of significant scale
What We Need to See (Essential)
- 3-5 years of B2B SaaS experience in Technical Support, Customer Support, or Operations
- Experience in implementing modern support/ticketing platforms (e.g. Zendesk, Pylon or similar)
- Proficiency in maintaining & utilizing ticketing CRMs
- Demonstrated ability to thrive in hypergrowth environments and build processes from zero
- Comfort working across time zones (specifically West Coast)
- Genuine alignment with the company's mission in women's and children's health
