Job Summary and Qualifications

The Registered Nurse demonstrates critical thinking skills, scientific judgment, and leadership in planning for the care of the patient. The RNFA does not function concurrently as a scrub/circulator during the RNFA component of surgical patient care. The RNFA also functions when not first assisting in the RN perioperative role.

    • You must possess In-depth knowledge of surgical operation procedures, including da Vinci Robot (SI), orthopedic, neuro, and general surgery
    • You will assess patient's condition and monitor vitals, providing general nursing care before and after surgery
    • You will ensure that the Operating Room is prepared with all necessary supplies, implants, instrumentation, and equipment
    • You will keep the operating room sterilized
    • You will pass medical instruments to the surgeons during operation
    • In this role, you will review charts for completeness, in accordance with documentation protocols prior to and after the surgical procedure

You'll greet our customers in our lobbies. You're comfortable enough with technology to demonstrate how to use our mobile app, or our ATMs, to complete simple transactions.
