The Opportunity


Electask is looking for its first sales hire — a rare chance to join a small but growing team at a genuine inflection point and build something from the ground up. This is a foundational role: the right hire doesn't just grow our sales function, they help determine what Electask looks like as we scale.


We make task and poll worker management software for election administrators, the people responsible for running the elections that underpin American democracy. In four years, we've grown from one customer to over 70 with virtually no formal sales function. Now we're ready to build one, and we want the right person to build it with us.


This isn't a role where you inherit a territory and work a playbook someone else wrote. You'll work directly alongside our CEO to close deals, shape our go-to-market strategy, and lay the foundation for a sales team we expect you to eventually lead.


What You'll Do

  • Drive outbound sales from prospecting through close, working alongside the CEO. That means email outreach, phone calls, and building genuine long-term relationships with election administrators across the country.
  • Travel to 10+ industry conferences per year — the places where election officials gather, learn, and make buying decisions. Think Lake Tahoe, San Diego, and South Padre Island, and plenty of towns in between.
  • Own relationships with decision-makers in county governments, demonstrating how Electask helps them run better elections.

  • Develops post-event analysis framework to measure performance, ROI, lead generation, partnership outcomes, and brand impact; provides recommendations for continuous improvement
  • Prepares executive briefing materials, talking points, meeting agendas, and internal communications to support leadership participation and cross-functional coordination
  • Maintains centralized event and conference calendar with detailed tracking of commitments, deadlines, costs, and key contacts; provides cross-functional visibility and alignment across all business units and functional areas
  • Coordinates signature company initiatives including Hall of Fame recognition events, North America holiday celebrations and team-building events, and annual Avolta Day activities

Minimum Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills, and Work Environment:

  • Education and Experience: The combination of education and professional experience must exceed 8 years:
  • In a technical role: Requires 8 years of experience engaged in event, conference, or experiential marketing experience, preferably in a matrixed or multi-location organization
  • A bachelor’s degree in a program related to the functional area can count for 3 of the eight-year requirement
  • An MBA or a master’s level degree in a program related to the functional area can count for an additional 2 years of the eight-year requirement
  • In the industry: 3-5 years of Hospitality, F&B and/or Retail experience

Specialized Skillset/Competencies/Traits:

  • Proven experience leading large-scale conferences, trade events, or experiential activations from concept to execution
  • Exceptional project management and organizational skills; ability to manage multiple complex events simultaneously
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including the ability to prepare executive-level content
  • Strong financial and vendor management experience, including budgeting and negotiation
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; familiarity with project management software preferred
  • Business acumen and also has the mindset required to understand the long-term implications of event and conference planning and to advance the organization’s goals

Sr Program Manager – Semiconductor Manufacturing & Supply Chain Decarbonization


IntePros is seeking a Sr Project Manager to identify, structure, and deploy projects that reduce emissions across semiconductor manufacturing and supply chain operations, supporting climate commitments.

This role will lead cross-functional initiatives focused on decarbonization, operational innovation, and measurable emissions reductions while partnering with engineering, procurement, operations, and sustainability teams.


Primary Responsibilities

  • Identify emissions reduction opportunities across semiconductor manufacturing and supply chains
  • Develop business cases, ROI analysis, and implementation roadmaps for decarbonization initiatives
  • Lead innovation projects from concept through execution, ensuring on-time and on-budget delivery
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams across engineering, operations, procurement, and sustainability
  • Serve as a subject matter expert on semiconductor manufacturing processes and emissions sources
  • Build relationships with suppliers, manufacturing partners, and technology providers
  • Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting frameworks to measure project and emissions impact
