The Build & Integration Engineer will be responsible for supporting global engineering teams and client's customers in resolving build, integration, and functional issues across multiple operating systems and platforms. The Effector Digital Products (EDP) department develops electronics for our weapon system products. We are responsible for the architecture, design, and documentation of deliverable FPGA embedded processing. We engage at the outset of the weapon system development and follow our designs through deployment. Our products are deployed all over the world, from the ground to exoatmospheric environments and into space.
As a Principal FPGA Design Engineer you will develop FPGA designs for all major vendors and device families including: Xilinx, Altera, and Microsemi. Designs are implemented using VHDL for the following applications: gigabit serial interfaces, Radio Frequency (RF) and Electro-Optical (EO) DSP, controls, data links, embedded processing and processor interfaces.
Designers work with circuit card designers and systems engineers to develop requirements, architect new parts, collaborative modeling of algorithms, partition and perform code development, simulation, and place and route. Designs are verified against requirements using both directed test and constrained random methodologies. Design support is expected from requirements definition through integration and test. Design documentation and configuration management are required.

We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office. Commercial / Business Litigation Attorney (Senior Associate level)
What you’ll do:
- Run business/commercial disputes end-to-end (strategy, pleadings, discovery, motion practice, hearings, mediation, trial support/first-chair where applicable).
- Handle partner/shareholder disputes, fraud and fiduciary-duty claims; construction disputes are a plus.
- Work closely with leadership and help develop/mentor junior attorneys and paralegals as the team grows.
- (Optional) For the right person: help build out new market capability over time.
Compensation & Benefits
- Salary range: $135,000–$200,000 (DOE)

The Work

Provides nursing care that is efficient, appropriate, and therapeutic for patients while ensuring that established security requirements are maintained (as defined by the Bexar County Adult Detention Center and Central Magistrate’s Office). Continuously monitors the condition and status of patients and delivers care that meets or exceeds established standards. Supports and adheres to University Health System (UH) and Detention Health Care Services (DHCS) policies and procedures. Demonstrates behaviors consistent with UH mission, vision and values. EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE
Experience in correctional health care, psychiatric nursing, or nursing in an emergency environment is preferred. Prior knowledge or experience within the University Health nursing services and/or certification as a Certified Correctional Health Care Provider (CCHP) is also preferred.
LICENSURE
Must possess a current license to practice Vocational Nursing in the State of Texas. Must also maintain current CPR certification.
