Job Summary

Perform as a technician as work flow dictates. Supervises and responds to all activities of emergency services work related to assigned program work and tasks assigned by Operations Manager. Schedules and supervises projects assigned, to successful completion. This Project Coordinator role is a developmental role and functions may be added over time. The Project Coordinator will be expected to take on more responsibility in due time based upon their desire, initiative & performance.

Responsibilities and Duties

Overall Duties Include:

  • Backbone of the emergency services divisions' field presence
  • Ability to follow direction
  • Transfer and act on direction from Project Coordinator into physical production
  • Work side-by-side with other Restoration Technicians to deliver a quality service on time
  • Communication with property managers/owners
  • Collection of field related documentation for emergency services
  • Performs any and all directives from the Senior Emergency Services Technician.
  • Responds to emergency losses.
  • Performs Emergency Water Extraction and Drying Services.
  • Assists in Emergency Fire/Smoke Services (including deodorization, pack-outs, board-ups and securing structure).
  • Assists in Mold Remediation (including demolition and cleaning).
  • Participate on-call rotation as needed.
  • Trained to perform services and supervise tasks in absence of SEMT.
  • Performs basic truck, equipment and building maintenance.
  • Follows established safety practices including the proper use of PPE when required.
