Engineering Technician II -This is the full journey level in the Engineering Technician series. Employees within this class are distinguished from the Engineering Technician I By the performance of the full range of duties as assigned including the moderately complex duties of drafting, office and field engineering work. Employees at this level receive only occasional instruction or assistance as new or unusual situations arise, and are fully aware of the operating procedures and policies of the work unit. The Safety, Security & Airworthiness organization is seeking to fill a Senior Manager position within the Enterprise Regulatory Administration team. This position is responsible for teams associated with the administration, oversight, and support of the FAA appointed Boeing Organization Designation Authorization (ODA) Unit, including Engineering Unit Members, Inspection Unit Members, and Project Administrators who perform functions on behalf of the FAA. This includes overseeing the appointment, training, and annual assessment of the ODA Unit Members. This role will provide technical leadership to support the communication and resolution of complex regulatory and compliance issues with the FAA and ODA unit members.

Multidisciplinary Integrated Systems Department (MISD) is seeking a Senior Systems Integration and Test Engineer to join our team in McKinney, TX. This position will perform software and hardware integration, verification, and validation activities as a Systems Engineer.
Perform Systems Engineering activities with a focus on integration and test (SI&T) functions in support of the Multi-Function Radio Frequency System (MFRFS) product line for the Ku Band Radio Frequency System (KuRFS) tactical radar.
Conduct radar systems and software tests independently and analyze results to assess performance, functionality, and compliance.
Trace and/or correct faults in mechanical or electronic systems. Familiarity with failure reporting, analysis, corrective action and/or fault tree analysis
Travel up to 25% in support of integration and test activities, with trips up to three weeks at remote test sites required.
Typically requires a Bachelor’s degree in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience
Radar system installation, integration, and/or test experience.
Government test sites.
Advanced degree in Electrical Engineering, Software Engineering / Computer Science, or System Engineering.
Experience in System Engineering practices regarding Testing, Verification and/or Validation. Experience collecting and evaluating data to diagnose and solve technical issues.
