Job Description

• Drive and implement continuous improvement initiatives across the CNC machining department
• Lead cost savings projects to optimize manufacturing efficiency and reduce operational expenses
• Develop methods and processes for machined parts and program machines using Esprit CAM software
• Design tooling and fixtures for use in manufacturing processes utilizing Autodesk Inventor
• Lead and implement engineering activities while tracking, evaluating, and improving production time standards

Key Requirements

• Strong CNC machining background with proficiency in CAM/CAD software packages
• BS in Engineering (preferred)
• Demonstrated ownership mentality—take responsibility, collaborate as a team player, and drive initiative in your area of expertise
