Job Description

4Front Engineered Solutions, home of High Performance Doors, is looking for a Technical Customer Services Manager at our facility in Kenosha, WI.


If you have a background in Quality, Customer Service and Technical Support Leadership and enjoy the coordination of an assurance program and managing a team for product consistency, we have the perfect role for you.


What You Will Be Doing

  • Coordinating and directing customer facing technical support department
  • Conduct training and certification of customers, dealers & service technicians on high performance door systems
  • Provide recommendations concerning product performance in the field
  • Liaise with Engineering and Production on expedient corrective actions of issues
  • Travelling up to 20% is possible


What We Are Looking For

A person who is highly skilled in the following competencies:

  • Analytical - Design - Problem Solving - Project Management - Technical Skills - Quality - Safety & Security - Dependability
  • Bachelor’s degree in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, manufacturing engineering or related technical field or equivalent experience
  • PLC experience a plus
  • 7-10+ years’ experience in a quality, technical or technical support role, preferably in a manufacturing setting
  • 3-5 years’ of leadership experience
  • Excellent communication skills & team player
