Job Details What You’ll Do: Lead new product launches using APQP methodology from validation through full production lifecycle Drive continuous improvement initiatives including scrap reduction, CPK/SPC analysis, process mapping, and flow optimization Partner cross-functionally to ensure proper equipment selection, validation, and implementation for new and existing programs Implement product specification revisions and support engineering changes Maintain strong quality controls and ensure adherence to established procedures Collaborate with suppliers, customers, and internal stakeholders to ensure smooth program execution Apply structured problem-solving techniques (8D, 5-Why, Root Cause Analysis) to resolve manufacturing challenges Contribute to a culture of operational excellence and continuous learning What We’re Looking For: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Engineering Technology 4–6 years of experience in automotive or high-volume manufacturing Strong understanding of: APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC, Control Plans IATF / TS quality standards Process capability analysis and data-driven decision making Solid problem-solving and analytical skills Stable and consistent work history in manufacturing environments Willingness to travel as needed to support plant or customer initiatives Work Environment: This role is based in an advanced automotive manufacturing setting and involves hands-on collaboration on the production floor.
You’ll work closely with operations, quality, and engineering teams to improve performance and drive measurable results.
Physical activity may include standing, walking, bending, and occasionally lifting up to 50 lbs.
Some travel may be required.

Excellent communication, analytical, and leadership skills.
Self-motivated and able to work independently with sound judgment.

Comfortable maneuvering around production equipment.
Must hold a valid driver’s license.
