This newly created position will be working under the direction of the Engineering Manager maintaining critical master data and documentation within the D365 ERP System.   • BOM creation & maintenance: Build and manage multi-level Bills of Materials, perform BOM versioning and certification to ensure production readiness and costing accuracy.
  • Routing & process mapping: Create and maintain manufacturing routes in D365 for all areas of the business.
  • Commodity & trade compliance: Enter and maintain commodity codes to ensure accurate customs identification and duty calculations.
  • NPI quality documentation: Author and maintain technical documentation for new product launches, including work instructions, process flow charts and PFMEA/DFMEA reports.
  • System optimization: Collaborate with IT to troubleshoot data discrepancies and optimize D365 workflows for better data integrity across the NPI lifecycle.


Requirements:


  • Two-year technical degree or Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Supply Chain or a related technical field and/or equivalent combination of education and experience, preferred.
  • One to two year's experience in a technical administrative or engineering support role within a manufacturing environment.
  • Proven experience using ERP systems, D365 preferred.
  • Strong understanding of manufacturing structures, including sub-assemblies, BOMs and routing links.
