Primary Responsibilities

• Participate with the Project Principal, Managing Director – Retail, and Director of Construction on the site plan, budget model, and schedule for potential new developments.
• Assist with site investigations documenting pre-construction conditions.
• Identify any potential issues that may incur additional project costs to overcome (e.g., grading, storm water quality or quantity control, wetlands, floodplains, easements, access, utilities, entitlements).
• Maintain critical dates, schedule, and document management to track the due diligence/inspection process.
• Review and analyze project documents including construction plans and specifications, due diligence documents, utility agreements, and municipal code.
• Familiarity with permitting and entitlement.
• Travel required

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering required.
• Qualified candidates without the relevant experience will have the opportunity for training and practical learning.
• 0 to 3 years of progressively responsible experience in civil engineering, site planning, and land development preferred.
• Knowledge of site planning, site engineering, and storm water design and management.
• Knowledge of site development (i.e. conceptual site planning, entitlements, due diligence, engineering).
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Office, and MS Project is preferred. Working knowledge of MS Visio, Site Ops, SketchUp, and Yardi is a plus.

Job Duties and Responsibilities:

• Preparation of project budget based on the takeoff estimate
• Plan, organize and manage the construction project in all areas from start to successful completion including contract proposal, budget, change orders, materials procurement, billing, and collection.
• Comply with project contract including legal notifications, scope administration, change order procedures, billing, contract schedules, claims procedures and other contract requirements.
• Responsible for cost management. Monitor efficiency and production for compliance with labor budget.

SUMMARY OF POSITION:

The primary responsibility for this position is to analyze and prepare work pouches for electrical distribution and transmission systems.

ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:

• Assemble all necessary information for a complete job pouch.
• Identify SRS outages and isolation points.

• Work in Linux/Unix environments, using command-line tools and shell scripts for job automation and troubleshooting.
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of data processes, configurations, and best practices.
• Participate in walk-throughs which review program specifications, source code, and all technical supporting documentation, including screens/reports. Provide feedback in accordance with team standards and guidelines.
• Participate in implementation of changes, enhancements, and newly developed programs.
• Conduct technical research and provide recommendations, develop proofs of concept or prototypes, contributing to technical design of applications.
• Helping to identify coding patterns and anti-patterns and enforce implementation of the patterns through code reviews.
• Quickly resolving issues encountered by business lines in the production environment, maintaining a helpful, "high touch" approach to working with business users, performing root cause analysis, technology evaluation, and performance tuning.

Desired Qualifications:

• Degree in Computer Science, Engineering or related technical area
• 7+ years of extensive hands-on experience in ODI, Oracle Datawarehouse, Oracle PL/SQL, Linux, Python scripting, and ODI admin module (ODI Agent setup, logs configuration, certificate installation).
• Must have experience in building Pl/SQL queries for Oracle Server (incl. stored procedures, functions…) and must understand basic principles of data modeling
• Excellent collaborative and communication skills, particularly in high-stress situations
• Experience with scripting Python and Linux scripting, CLE, networking fundamentals (API, IP/ports, SFTP/FTP connectivity)
• High proficiency in development practices: unit testing, Continuous Integration (CI/CD), refactoring, clean code
• Experience with Bitbucket/GIT source control management
• Problem solving skills, able to determine upcoming risks & issues and address them accordingly.
• Ability to interpret and troubleshoot applications using logs.
• Pro-active approach and good communication skills.
• Experience with agile methodologies (Scrum, Kanban) and tools (Jira)

• Private Banking domain experience.
• Working experience in a financial service industry
• Financial application knowledge like FIS AddVantage, CRD, CRM Pivotal.
• Experience with Apache Airflow for workflow orchestration.
• Knowledge of dbt (Data Build Tool) for modern data transformations.
• Exposure to cloud data platforms or hybrid data architectures.
