Setup Machine Operator
Location: Peterborough, New Hampshire

The purpose of the role
The Setup Operator will set and optimise machinery to produce precision components to exact dimensional and quality standards, while supporting Operators and reducing downtime.
As the Setup Machine Operator your responsibilities will include
• Setting and adjusting machinery within a defined machine group
• Entering parameters including speeds and feed rates
• Inspecting components using precision measuring equipment
• Troubleshooting complex machine issues to maintain output
• Supporting and guiding Operators to ensure efficient production
As the Setup Machine Operator you will bring
• Manufacturing or mechanical experience working on machinery
• Strong mechanical aptitude and problem-solving ability
• Experience adjusting, maintaining or repairing complex equipment
• Ability to read technical instructions and follow procedures
• A consistent focus on quality, safety and performance
