The Boeing Company is seeking an F-15 Mission Systems Integration Engineering Manager for Fighters Mission Systems in Berkeley, MO.

The F-15 Integration Team is responsible for development and maturation of integrated mission capabilities of the F-15. This team develops system and subsystem level requirements and is the primary customer and program interface for overall capability development. In addition, they ensure technical alignment across the entire Mission Systems function throughout the capability development lifecycle.

A successful candidate will have a proven track record of developing and empowering strong technical leaders. Since you will be working with a large set of cross-functional engineers, strong interpersonal and communication skills are a must.

• Coach and mentor employees to ensure role clarity
• Develop and maintain team processes for capability development
• Develop and maintain resource pipeline for critical role development
• Balance team allocation across all F-15 Domestic and International programs
• Interface with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program commitments are met
• Manage team financial performance for all assigned programs
• Provide accurate estimates for future business requests
• Develop and maintain quality metrics

Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a LeadMission SystemFlying Test Bed (FTB) Engineer in Berkeley, MO, supporting an Air Dominance Fixed Wing Proprietary Program. You will be joining a fast-paced program where you will be responsible for integrating and testing advanced tactical sensors onboard three flying test beds. Your work will include developing and planning tests, coordinating FTB modifications, and executing flight tests.

In this role, you will be joining a cross-functional team integrating next generation capabilities as part of a very exciting and critically important development effort. You will have the opportunity to operate in an agile development environment, mature our products through the development lifecycle, work on next generation open-architecture model-based designs, and collaborate across multiple disciplines.

The day-to-day activities of this position will be a combination of traditional design engineering, collaborating with cross-functional peers, and presenting technical challenges and solutions to leadership. Frequent interaction with program leadership, customers, and industry partners during critical design phases will be key elements of this position. Position Responsibilities:

• Lead the development of test plans to support key flight test risk reduction activities
• Lead a team of test engineers and provide technical guidance to team members to ensure FTB milestones are executed according to plan
• Lead the execution of flight tests to characterize mission systems sensor performance
• Coordinate with multiple disciplines to define FTB modifications needed to integrate advanced tactical sensors

The Boeing Defense, Space & Security (BDS) is seeking a Lead Electrical Design and Analysis Engineer (Level 5) to join the T-7A Mission Systems Team located in Berkeley,MO.

As a Lead Engineer on the Mission Systems Hardware team, your role will lead a team in completing the development, qualification, and transition to production of multiple Mission Systems hardware, such as mission computing, communications, navigation, surveillance, datalink and displays. Boeing Phantom Works is building the next generation of combat aircraft and the required infrastructure to test and validate designs; we're looking for enthusiastic systems engineers to join us on that journey. As part of the Electromagnetic Verification Facility (EMVF) team you'll provide engineering leadership to a team comprised of multiple skill areas, develop statements of work (SOW), work with customers and management, manage changes to the SOW and conduct impact analysis, and provide technical, business, and integration leadership for the development and execution of the program.

Summary pay range Level 3: $103,700 - $140,300

Summary pay range Level 4: $126,650 - $171,350
