As the AI Program Manager, you will build and run a program of AI initiatives that create efficiencies by automating repetitive tasks and removing process waste. What You'll Do
Opportunity Discovery

Program Management
- Work with Business Stakeholders to prioritize initiatives by value, impact, labor hour avoidance, and risk mitigation.

- Ensure ownership of agents and AI workflows are transitioned to business stakeholders within the business.

- Make value visible and auditable. Track and report on program benefit metrics such as savings, improved experience, reduced waste, efficiency improvements, etc.
- Share AI knowledge to upskill the organization. Coach stakeholders to see AI use cases in the processes.

Job Summary:

EHS Manager
Reporting to the Head of EHS and Sustainability, the EHS Manager is responsible for developing, implementing, and managing environmental, health, and safety programs within operations. This role ensures compliance with all relevant regulations and standards, including OSHA, EPA, and ISO certifications (ISO 45001, ISO 14001, and ISO 50001). The EHS Manager will lead initiatives to reduce workplace hazards, enhance safety culture, promote sustainability, and achieve continuous improvement in EHS performance. This position requires close collaboration with cross-functional teams to ensure the successful execution of EHS strategies. Responsibilities:
Site EHS Leadership
- Ensure operational alignment with HellermannTytons's OIMS framework, compliance with NA EHS Policies, ISO 14001, ISO 45001, and ISO 50001 standards, as well as regulations.
- Support site-specific EHS annual objectives, targets, and KPIs to drive facility performance improvements in EHS, sustainability, and regulatory compliance.
- Guide plant management on EHS initiatives, ensuring alignment with HellermannTyton's long-term goals of Zero Harm, continuous improvement, and environmental stewardship.
- Ensure completion of risk management processes, including risk assessments, hazard analysis (HAZOP), job safety analyses (JSA), and control of work (CoW) processes.
Incident Management and Root Cause Analysis
- Lead investigations of all incidents, near misses, and environmental releases, ensuring that a thorough root cause analysis is conducted and that corrective and preventive actions are implemented.
- Oversee and manage the reporting of incidents in accordance with HellermannTyton's incident management protocols, ensuring all regulatory and corporate notifications are timely and complete.
- Develop lessons learned materials and facilitate knowledge-sharing sessions to prevent recurrence of incidents, embedding a culture of safety and accountability at all levels.
EHS Continuous Improvement & Auditing
- Drive continuous improvement initiatives by conducting regular safety audits, management reviews, and inspections, ensuring that the site remains in full compliance with HellermannTyton's
OIMS, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices.
- Lead EHS self-assessments and external audits, ensuring that gaps are identified, action plans are developed, and improvements are implemented.

Emergency Preparedness & Response
- Manage emergency response plans, including the establishment of emergency response teams, drills, and simulations, ensuring readiness for events such as fires, chemical spills, and natural disasters.
- Coordinate with local emergency services and regulatory bodies to ensure smooth collaboration in the event of an actual emergency.
- Regularly review emergency action plans to reflect current facility conditions, regulations, and best practices.

Qualifications:

Job Description
The Toolmaker/Moldmaker is responsible for working with the lead mold maker to build new tooling per CAD or detailed prints, evaluating, maintaining, and repairing existing molds and production tooling. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Essential Functions
- Must be able to build new tooling and components with minimal supervision
- Identify and communicate any possible tooling problems to the lead mold maker or supervisor

- Must be able to perform mold maintenance and in-press mold changes

Under the direction of the Lead Manufacturing Supervisor, the Processing Technician 2 is responsible for supporting the injection molding departments' operational goals. The primary responsibilities of this role will include Start-up of all down machines when ready, attending and actively participating in tech meetings, housekeeping, checking process parameters while ensuring all alarms are on and active, submitting first pieces to the Quality Lab, completing material changes, and setting scales. The Processing Technician 2 will provide troubleshooting support to the production group to correct problems. This role will act as the liaison between Production and the Process Engineering dept. This will be achieved by maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Troubleshooting, diagnosing and making recommendations for processing issues.
- Starting up presses after; changes (mold changes, conversions, material changes, etc.), rehangs, repairs, mold cleans, or other reasons
- Regrind and scrap management
- Assistance with Automation alarms and troubleshooting
- Enter all downtime and scrap codes accurately for future analysis using the Process Monitoring System (Mattec) as needed.

Job Summary:
Under the direction of the Tooling Manager, the Tooling Engineer is responsible for assisting the Tooling Engineering Department in directing the manufacture of quality injection molding tools. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Essential Functions:
- Writing purchase orders stating mold building specifications.
- Writing requests for quotations for vendors.
- Assure that vendors keep within budget and timing constraints on projects.
- Evaluate and Approve injection molding tool design.
- Assure that vendors incorporate the approved design in injection molding tool construction.
- Keep a library of tool drawings.
- Travel to vendors to evaluate progress in injection molding tool construction. Travel to vendors to evaluate completed injection molding tool performance and product conformity.
- Evaluate product design as to moldability and simplification for moldability.
- Assist in troubleshooting injection molding problems.
- Work with injection molding tool designs to assure the highest quality molding tools possible.
- Work with toolmakers to assure the highest quality injection molding tools possible.

Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Associate degree or in lieu of degree, three or more years of prior on-the-job experience. A good mechanical ability.
- Prior experience with plastic injection molding process.
- Knowledge of injection molding tools and injection molding tool construction.
- Knowledge of machine tools and how machine tools relate to injection mold tool construction.
- Knowledge of manufacturing best practices.
- Excellent computer skills, including Microsoft software and CAD software.
- Organized; can meet deadlines.
- Ability to work non-standard hours to meet the needs of the customers.
- Ability to travel internationally.
- Must have a valid driver's license with an acceptable driving record, along with adequate automobile insurance.

Job Summary
Under the direction of the Quality Assurance Lab Supervisor, the Quality Technician Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day quality control activities and leading the technician team to ensure that all quality processes run smoothly. This position handles escalated quality issues, coordinates team schedules, supports training and development, ensures proper execution of quality processes, oversees team performance, and maintains compliance with established quality standards. The Lead also provides backup coverage for technical and administrative quality functions and plays a key role in fostering a culture of continuous improvement. This will be achieved while maintaining HellermannTyton's Quality and EHS certifications by supporting all corporate policies, procedures, work instructions and required documentation.
Essential Functions
- Effectively manage outgoing and incoming shift transitions to understand any quality event escalations and maintain seamless Quality support across all shifts.
- Lead shift meetings, communicate quality event escalations, hold tickets, and provide common quality focus across all shifts.
- Set team priorities and assignments to align with priorities, production needs, and quality goals.
- Work with the production team to develop a bench of qualified candidates to address daily staff shortages and maintain the designated staffing levels.
- Monitor and approve escalation activities associated with Back Tracking, Red Stamp, and Hold Ticket processes to confirm the proper execution of the associated processes.
- Support escalated quality concerns and coordinate with production and engineering for resolution.
- Develop and manage employee schedules to ensure appropriate quality coverage to support production, including any necessary overtime.
- Train new quality team members, provide necessary records, and support their ongoing development.
- Continually monitor team performance, conduct process audits, reinforce good performance, identify opportunities for improvement, and support any necessary disciplinary actions.
- Investigate escalated accountability concerns, determine the cause of the escalation, and work with team to provide actions / follow-up to resolve the issue.
- Handle any employee relations concerns prior to the need for escalation.
Other Functions
- Perform and/or supervise Hold Ticket, Backtracking, and Deviations processes
- Support the "Red Bin" meeting, disposition decisions, and follow-up as needed
- Perform "Red Stamp" reviews to confirm decision making and proper execution
- Support the quality element of the daily huddle meeting as needed
- Complete material certifications when needed
Success in this role will require
- Proficient in MES, SQC PAC, and JDE systems.
- Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Word and Excel.
- Ability to read and interpret engineering drawings and blueprints.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills for cross-functional coordination.
- Highly organized, with strong recordkeeping and prioritization skills.
- Strong math skills and high attention to detail.
- Able to operate lab equipment and interpret testing results.
- Demonstrated leadership ability with mentoring experience preferred.
