About the role:
Review and reconcile reports, transactions by comparing and correcting data.
Create tracking metrics and reports including but not limited to quarterly forecasts and quarterly operating reports among others in compliance with contractual terms Manage day-to-day operation to support business operations for internal cross-functional communications.

SUMMARY
Provide professional materials planning focusing on daily execution of purchasing and production planning /scheduling support to the organization. This includes close coordination with suppliers, Sales, Customer Service and Manufacturing departments to ensure smooth execution from the supplier through the manufacturing process. Maintain and improve MRP system or other system parameters and systems, generate and release work orders and/or purchase orders, reschedule and maintain area capacity and purchasing delivery plans, as well as product forecasts. Track, monitor, and advise management on production plans and purchasing delivery schedules in order to achieve planned production levels and to provide excellent customer service at the right cost in order to achieve company goals and objectives.

ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS
- Responsible for selecting, ordering, and coordinating materials or services for production and MRO (Maintenance, Repair, and Operations), based on engineering specifications; drive continuous improvement in price, quality, service, delivery performance, and lead times.
- Maintains all MRP or scheduling systems for purchasing, production planning, supplier delivery planning, and work order/capacity management.
- Develops and maintains effective relationships with internal/external suppliers, customers, other facilities, and Sales staff.
- Develops supplier network to improve performance in Quality, Cost, and Delivery; conducts Make/Buy and dual-source decisions and presents tradeoffs to leadership.

- Partners with Product Management and Engineering to identify and develop strategic suppliers.

SALARY INFORMATION:
According to several states' laws, this position's salary range falls between $80,000 and $115,000 annually. However, this salary information is merely a general guideline. The EM is responsible for implementation of company policies and procedural plans related to all environmental media, including air, stormwater, groundwater, solid, and/or hazardous waste. The EM maintains regional facilities in compliance with all applicable federal, state, and local environmental laws, standards, and permits; and has responsibility for maintaining facility compliance with applicable environmental permit conditions.
This position has direct responsibility for conducting on-site fieldwork associated with sampling, monitoring, observing, and recording environmental data; and preparing reports, records, and plans required by regulatory permit, plan, or agreement. The EM assists in the overall planning, design, installation, and operation of pollution control equipment and associated metering and/or measuring devices. The EM delivers training programs and provides other advice to management on practical and necessary steps to prevent or abate pollution arising from operations and maintain compliance with regulatory requirements contained within a variety of environmental permits, plans and policies. The EM provides first line immediate environmental emergency responses to incidents, spills, releases, and accidents.
