What You Will Do

• Interact with the customer to define SSE requirements, solutions, trades, costs, implementation, system impacts, and effectiveness

• Develop plans and estimates, task execution, project tracking, reporting, and risk identification and mitigation plans

• Ensure compliance with National Institute of Standards and Technology (NIST) Risk Management Framework (RMF) controls

• Consult and assist program management with SSE architecture and issues

• Support the development of bids and proposals

• Define security development and test efforts implementation of security controls of networking devices, databases, operating systems, and hardware and software component

• Integrate cybersecurity development activities

• Develop top-level system requirements and flow down requirements and implementation concepts to subsystem

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s Degree in Science, Technology, Engineering or Mathematics (STEM) and 8 years of prior relevant experience

What You Will Do

The Ground & Maritime Defense Radar Software Department is seeking a Software Integration Lead for the SPY-6 Family of Radars Product Integration Team. The Software Integration Lead will prepare, test and integrate final software, operating system, and firmware delivery of the SPY-6 configurations to Raytheon In-plant tactical strings, Land Based Test Sites (LBTSs) and Ships.

They will work closely with the Digital Radar Product Line software team, SPY-6 subcontractors, and all other providers of SPY-6 software and firmware to coordinate receipt of digital products and automate the packaging and deployment for all SPY-6 domestic and international locations.  The Software Integration Lead will work to standardize delivery process and configuration management for use by the entire family of radars for SPY-6.

The Department’s mission is to provide world class Radar Software to be used in military systems deployed at sea and on land. Our software teams employ an Agile Scrum process to rapidly design, code, integrate and test capabilities on a continuous basis into a mature solution for our customers.

This position is full-time on-site in Marlborough, Massachusetts.

What You Will Do

• Lead and manage software integration and testing efforts for the Tactical Radar Program in an agile environment.

• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to integrate System Adjustable Parameters (SAPs) and ensure accurate identification of changes.

• Develop and execute comprehensive test plans, procedures, and schedules to validate system functionality and performance.

• Conduct extended software endurance testing on tactical hardware and strings to ensure system reliability and robustness under prolonged operational conditions.

• Analyze and troubleshoot complex problems identified during endurance testing, software builds, and site-specific issues, providing timely resolutions to maintain program schedules.

• Develop and provide software metrics for each of the SPY-6 release branches to internal and external customers.

• Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to establish and maintain build handoffs and operational transitions between various testing sites.

• Provide technical leadership and guidance to ensure successful execution of the software integration and test phases.

• Prepare and deliver clear, concise, and compelling technical briefings and reports to customers, effectively "telling the story" of program progress and results.

• Act as the primary point of contact for software-related test activities, coordinating efforts across engineering disciplines to achieve program goals.

What You Will Do

In this role, you will collaborate across disciplines and partner with Scrum teams to implement solutions, gaining exposure to every aspect of the system while directly contributing to its success. Key responsibilities include:

Qualifications You Must Have

• Typically requires a Bachelor’s in Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics (STEM) and a minimum of 5 years of prior relevant experience.

• Experience with IT, networking, and/or system administration, including: Command and Control (C2) system hardware (e.g., servers, switches, routers), Virtual Desktop Infrastructure (VDI), Virtual Machines/Containers, SQL databases, Active Directory (Windows/Linux), and/or VMware systems.

Senior Product Marketing Manager, Platform (Hybrid based in SF or NYC)

You will be based in our San Francisco or New York City office and will be required to be in office 3x/week.

About the role

We’re looking for a Product Marketing Manager to translate Rippling’s products and platform capabilities into powerful, performance-driven stories that inspire customers to act.

This is not a traditional product marketing role, it’s a hands‑on marketing role for someone who can craft narratives, create assets, and ship campaigns that connect product innovation to customer outcomes.

You’ll build and maintain a solutions and automation use‑case marketing engine that spans product demo videos, landing pages, emails, and a growing library of modular creative assets, all designed to drive engagement, adoption, and expansion.

The ideal candidate is a true marketer : someone who can uncover customer insights, write compelling copy, and create content that performs. You thrive in the gap between product and growth, turning technical value into tangible results.

What you will do

• Develop and Own Solutions Marketing Frameworks
  
• Build a use case and automation library that connects Rippling’s products to real customer problems and outcomes, with a strong focus on cross‑product use cases and automation.
  
• Own the lifecycle of the use case library: build it, maintain it with new content, and make it engaging and “marketed,” not just documented.
  
• Define messaging frameworks that position Rippling as a single, unified solution across people, spend, IT, and beyond.
  
• Highlight automation as a core value proposition, with specific examples of what customers can actually automate (e.g., triggering a Slack message when a rep exceeds quota and automating bonus payouts upon VP approval).
  
• Partner with GTM, corporate, and integrated marketing teams to ensure consistent storytelling across campaigns and customer touchpoints.
  
• Create and Ship Performance Marketing Content
  
• Write and produce emails, landing pages, ad copy, and coordinate demo videos that showcase Rippling’s value in an engaging, measurable way.
  
• Translate complex product features into creative that converts, balancing clarity, storytelling, and performance.
  
• Test, analyze, and iterate on messaging to improve engagement and conversion rates.
  
• Develop content and campaigns around “automation recipes” or “playbooks” that demonstrate real‑world automations.
  
• Work toward launching a public gallery of community‑authored automation playbooks that customers can browse, deploy, and share.
  
• Lead Product‑Connected Creative Campaigns
  
• Partner with GTM, brand, and product teams to identify marketing moments that align with feature launches or product updates.
  
• Develop performance‑focused video content that highlights product functionality through a marketing lens.
  
• Build scalable creative templates and narratives that can be reused across lifecycle and growth programs.
  
• Launch “Automation of the Day” video content series for social media to showcase customer‑created playbooks.
  
• Build engagement features such as leaderboards of top automations, newsletter spotlights, and awards programs recognizing the most innovative customer‑created playbooks.
  
• Collaborate and Influence Across Teams
  
• Work cross‑functionally with creative, product, and demand generation to align messaging across all channels.
  
• Support customer and field marketing teams with tailored assets and positioning for specific audiences or industries.
  
• Ensure the entire GTM org can articulate a consistent, compelling story about Rippling’s solutions.
  
• Collaborate with customers and partners to co‑market automation playbooks and drive community‑led distribution.
  

What you will need

• 3+ years in product marketing, or growth marketing at a B2B SaaS company.
  
• Strong copywriting and storytelling skills, you can write emails, scripts, and landing pages that drive measurable results.
  
• Experience creating video or performance creative tied to product launches or campaigns.
  
• Demonstrated ability to own the process end‑to‑end, from concepting and writing to testing and optimization.
  
• Data‑informed and experiment‑oriented: you use insights to refine messaging and creative direction.
  
• Ability to collaborate across marketing, creative, and product teams in a fast‑paced, iterative environment.
  
• Growth mindset: eager to test, learn, and evolve Rippling’s marketing storytelling model.
  
• Background in solutions or lifecycle marketing with strong familiarity in B2B SaaS.
  
• Portfolio of shipped marketing work, especially emails, landing pages, or campaign creative that shows both strategy and execution.
