POSITION OVERVIEW:

As an Electrical Automation Engineer, you will play a critical role in delivering advanced industrial automation systems. Assist and collaborate in the creation and maintenance of detailed electrical schematics for industrial control enclosures and systems.

  • Collaborate with electrical and mechanical design engineers to develop robust automation and control packages for industrial machinery and machine control.
  • Support the creation of project documentation such as risk assessments and user’s manuals.

WHAT YOU WILL NEED:

  • Experience with electrical control system programming and maintenance, specifically with PLC and HMI brand platforms; Siemens and Allen-Bradley/Rockwell desired. Some legacy platforms include Delta, Mitsubishi, and Citect.
  • Experience with AC and DC motors, including drives.
  • Electrical and control system integration, commissioning, and maintenance experience.
  • Proficiency in CAD and ECAD is preferred but not required.
  • Field experience in an industrial or manufacturing environment a plus.
  • Ability to travel internationally preferred.
  • Strong communication skills and the ability to multitask while maintaining quality and meeting deadlines.

The Processing Supervisor will be responsible for maximizing productivity and achieving Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) by managing and directing processing employees on assigned shifts. Key duties will include planning and overseeing daily tasks, resolving operational roadblocks and employee concerns, and strictly enforcing all safety and quality protocols, OSHA regulations, and company policies. This position will drive operational excellence by adhering to Continuous Improvement (CI) processes and the Management Operating Structure (MOS), requiring collaboration with other departments. The role will report to the Processing Manager.


From your EXPERTISE to ours

Key responsibilities for this position include:

  • Provide direction, leadership, and development for direct reports, including training, coaching, performance management, and handling employee relations issues.
  • Implement and enforce all safety programs and safe work practices, actively participating in plant safety initiatives.
  • Maintain all GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and all regulatory requirements.
  • Ensure compliance with workplace and government-mandated standards (FDA, FSSC22000, OSHA, etc.).

  • Monitor the flow and discharge of wastewater and ensure that all preventative maintenance (PMs) for processing machinery are completed on schedule.
  • Execute quality assurance programs to prevent or eliminate defects in new or existing products.
  • Review and approval of time records of all staff assigned (if applicable). Will be required to explain variances in hours worked, productivity and any other function responsible for.

The incumbent is responsible for the overall direction, coordination, and evaluation of the Processing employees on their assigned shift in accordance with the organization’s policies and applicable laws. The Role

This is an opportunity to own and build a support function at a company experiencing hypergrowth in the US market. Reporting to the Director of Operations, this role is for someone who sees a blank slate as an opportunity. The customer base is scaling rapidly and this position will be responsible for building the support function that grows with it. The right candidate will be hands-on, close to the product and customers before building out the systems, tooling, and team capable of sustaining growth without compromising the experience



Responsibilities

  • Handle tickets and calls directly to build deep product knowledge and earn customer trust
  • Design and implement the core support ticket infrastructure: SLAs, escalation paths, and cross-functional workflows with Engineering and Product
  • Optimize the CRM/ticketing environment (automations, reporting, routing) and build out a self-serve knowledge base including FAQs and troubleshooting guides
  • Serve as the voice of the customer, translating support patterns and user feedback into actionable product insights
  • Define and track key operational KPIs and build automations to drive ongoing efficiency

We are seeking a versatile and team-oriented Structural Project Engineer in our Structural Team, ideally located in the Syracuse or Albany, NY area, or at our Endwell, NY office.
