Join our dynamic team as an Administrative Assistant at our innovative company. This role is pivotal in ensuring the smooth operation of the Production Division by providing comprehensive administrative support. Responsibilities
· Data Management Centralization: Collect initial project related data from several online resources and upload it to Internal SST resources (Buildertrend, etc). Conduct daily review of project related data & ensure that all data entered into Buildertrend and other SST resources is accurate and up-to-date.
· Project Initiation: Create Projects & Project Estimates in Quick Books Online and handover them to Project Teams.
· Standardization: Ensure all information and documentation follows a consistent layout, terminology, and tone.
· Process Mastery & Testing: Enrich existing Working Instructions by conducting interviews and "shadowing" sessions with team members to understand current "as-is" workflows in different locations. Personally perform the tasks to "master" the process and identify hidden steps or bottlenecks.
· Visual Mapping & Instruction Authoring: Create clear flowcharts and process maps. Convert workflows into clear, step-by-step Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and working instructions.
· Continuous Maintenance & Improvement: Periodically review and update SOP & WI to ensure they stay relevant as the business evolves. Investigate opportunities to simplify and automate data management.
· Communication: Collaborate with other team members to ensure the smooth processing of customer requests and project updates. Maintain a positive and helpful attitude when dealing with customer inquiries.
· Organization: Organize meetings, prepare agendas, take minutes, and follow up on action items to ensure effective communication and execution.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Experience: Previous customer service or personal assistant experience preferred.
· Education: Recent degree in Business Administration, Industrial Engineering, or Technical Writing.
· Attention to Detail: Meticulousness in capturing every input, decision point, and output.
· Communication: Strong written communication skills and the ability to articulate information clearly.
· Organizational skills: Ability to follow the process and complete all daily tasks on time.
· Rapid Learning (Adaptability): The ability to dive into unfamiliar tools or departments and pick up the logic quickly.
· Tools Proficiency: Experience with documentation platforms and mapping software.
· Active Listening & Questioning: The ability to ask "why" until they truly understand the root of a task.
· Technical Writing: A knack for writing working instructions in "plain language" that a non-expert can follow without confusion.

Must Haves:
- 3+ years in Quality Assurance in manufacturing/production/assembly

Job Description:
The Quality Supervisor is responsible for overseeing and ensuring the implementation of quality control measures and standards within the organization. You will play a crucial role in maintaining and improving the quality of products, processes, and services. Your attention to detail, analytical skills, and leadership abilities will contribute to the overall success of the company's quality management efforts.
Responsibilities:
- Manage daily performance of QC staff
- Responsible for leading, motivating, and training QC personnel to meet or exceed department and company goals and objectives
- Lead or assist in Quality department projects as assigned by Management and assist Engineering and Manufacturing with projects, as appropriate
- Investigate root cause of customer complaints and initiate/complete corrective action, as appropriate
- Propose, promote and champion actions to improve quality, processes and product
- Eliminate process variation and product defects through creative solutions
- Maintain ISO based quality systems
- Implement and manage systems to complete statistical analyses and control of all products including raw materials, WIP materials, non-conforming products, and finished goods
- Ensure customer requirements are met
- Devise ways to reduce waste and increase efficiency
- Actively drive Lean Manufacturing initiatives using all available tools and technologies

SUMMARY: Business Unit Manager responsible for the Paper Machine and Shipping production processes at a fully-integrated, world-class lightweight linerboard facility. Paper industry experience a must.
What you will do:
- Oversee daily operation of production and delivery to customers with an emphasis on safety, reliability, cost, quality, and environmental issues.
- Implement short- and long-term strategies designed to: increase yield and operating efficiency, reduce cost, and improve reliability.
- Drive a culture change towards becoming a self-directed and reliability-focused organization.
- Fluidly interface with team leaders, production and maintenance managers, operations and maintenance employees, engineering, union representatives, and customers.
- Develop clear and achievable safety, environment, coast, and productivity improvements.
