We are currently seeking Lead Analyst, Credit Strategy for our Auto Finance Analytics team. This role will have the exciting opportunity to drive significant business results by leading key projects and contributing to the innovation, creation, and launch of value-adding products that uniquely leverage the internal and external data resources OneMain has access to. The roles and projects could vary across various parts of the Auto analytics functions like credit risk, pricing, valuations or dealer/channel analytics.

The Role

This position supports the EE section in its mission of performing electronic materials failure analysis and component evaluation. The devices submitted for analysis range from simple passive devices to complex, custom microcircuits as well cables, connectors, magnetics and electro-magnetics.

What You Will Do:

• The position requires knowledge of the materials of electrical components, including ceramics and glasses, metal wire bonding, component staking, conformal coating, and solder.
• The position requires the ability to work through each step of an analysis, from initial evaluation, photo-documentation, electrical test, destructive testing and writing a final report that substantiates any failure conclusions.
• The position requires being able to determine the root cause of failures using the available laboratory equipment. This includes digital photo-documentation, various electrical component test equipment, Sono-scan, SEM-EDS, and various destructive techniques.

Qualifications You Must Have:

Qualifications You Must Have:

• Typically requires: A University Degree or equivalent experience and minimum 5 years prior relevant experience, or An Advanced Degree in a related field and minimum 3 years experience.
• Experience with factory operations and/or depot activities.
• Experience with PRISM.
• Active and transferrable final U.S. government issued security clearance is required prior to start date with the ability to obtain program access after start. US citizenship is required, as only U.S. citizens are eligible for a security clearance.

• Familiarity with OPUS and/or LOKI software.
• Understanding of depot hardware inventory, warehousing, and movements
• Experience working with US Military programs.

A growing civil engineering firm is seeking a Senior Engineering Leader to strengthen relationships with the City of Austin and lead complex stormwater, drainage, and flood control projects. This role will provide senior technical leadership, mentor engineers, and help expand the firm’s presence across major municipal infrastructure programs.

Key Responsibilities

The Director, Procurement - Indirect (Plants & Capital) is a senior strategic leadership role responsible for overseeing the company's indirect procurement activities covering 60+ global manufacturing plants, with an annual spend oversight of >$500MM. Based in Houston, the leader will oversee a global team of ~50 procurement professionals. The role is responsible to deliver enterprise-wide value creation through category strategy development, sourcing leadership, supplier relationship management, cost optimization, operational excellence, and strong cross-functional collaboration with Operations, Engineering, Finance, R&D and regional plant leadership.

A key mandate of the role is to transform the Indirect Procurement organization into a high-performing, stakeholder-facing function. This includes organizational design, capability building, implementation of global buying channels, digital enablement and significantly elevating stakeholder experience. The scope includes categories such as MRO, facilities, equipment and transport, QHSE, Lab supplies and all capital project procurement activities.
