Our client is a leading provider of Testing, Inspection, and Calibration Services, serving large, complex end markets including manufacturing, construction, chemical, power generation, aerospace, pulp & paper, agriculture, and defense.


The Opportunity

This is a high-impact, client-facing role for a driven sales professional who thrives in a technical environment. As Account Manager, you will be the primary growth engine for the Inspection division in the Mobile, AL and Florida Panhandle market, building lasting partnerships with clients who depend on NDT, Mechanical Integrity, and Reliability Services to protect their people, assets, and operations.


You will work shoulder-to-shoulder with operations leaders and technical teams to deliver award-winning service while driving profitable revenue growth with both existing and new clients.

This is a largely remote position, BUT candidates MUST reside in the Mobile/Gulf Coast region or have concrete relocation plans in place.


What We're Looking For

  • Proven track record in B2B sales, ideally within industrial services, inspection, NDT, or a related technical field.
  • Strong understanding of NDT, Mechanical Integrity, or Reliability Services — or the ability to learn quickly and credibly.
  • Experience building and managing a CRM pipeline (Microsoft Dynamics experience a plus).
  • Excellent relationship-builder with the ability to engage comfortably from the plant floor to the boardroom.
  • Self-directed, entrepreneurial mindset — able to manage territory independently while collaborating effectively with operations.
  • Established network or experience selling into manufacturing, chemical, power generation, or related industries in the Gulf Coast market.


What You'll Do

  • Drive year-over-year revenue growth against targets established by leadership — and exceed them.
  • Own and maintain a robust pipeline in Microsoft Dynamics CRM: document opportunities, quote activity, client interactions, and accurate revenue forecasting.
  • Build and nurture relationships at all levels — from C-suite executives to mid-level management — positioning the company as a long-term strategic partner.
  • Partner closely with operations to provide voice-of-customer insight, collaborate on bid responses, and coordinate client scheduling needs.
  • Proactively prospect for new business across all Inspection service lines, leveraging database tools, social media, and industry intelligence.
  • Represent the company at targeted trade shows and industry events, generating qualified leads and strengthening brand presence.
  • Mentor and train new sales team members as requested by leadership.
