Role Description
This full-time, Assistant Project Manager role is based in Oklahoma City, OK. The Assistant Project Manager will support project execution and coordination, assist in managing project timelines, and ensure deliverables are completed on schedule and within budget. The role includes tracking project progress, expediting materials and resources, coordinating inspections, and facilitating effective communication between team members. Additionally, the Assistant Project Manager will contribute to logistics planning and maintain accurate documentation throughout the project lifecycle.
Qualifications
- Extensive Procore Experience required.
- Strong skills in Project Management, including planning and coordinating project tasks and timelines.
- Knowledge of Inspection practices and processes is critical for monitoring project quality and compliance.
- Experience with Logistics Management to ensure efficient procurement and delivery of materials.
- Strong organizational and communication skills for coordinating teams and reporting project progress.

Project Management Duties:
- Coordination with Senior Foreman for projects and coordination of the field crew, manpower and installation for all projects assigned to you
- Work closely with project Foreman on material and manpower requirements
- Weekly coordination/scheduling with project superintendents and/or other personnel
- Ensure construction is performed in accordance with plans and specifications and inspection of installations
- Responsibility for project profit and loss and cost control through purchasing functions
- Enforce company Safety and Quality Control procedures
- Report daily operation status to management and update as necessary

- Must have a minimum of a Bachelor’s Degree in Construction Management/Engineering or a related field
- Construction management/coordination or related industry experience required

Key Responsibilities
Project Leadership

- Serve as the primary liaison between the client, design team, and field staff, ensuring clear and consistent communication.
Pre-Construction & Strategy
- Collaborate with the estimating team during the bid and pre-construction phase to identify constructability issues, value engineering opportunities, and logistical challenges.
- Negotiate and manage high-level subcontracts and purchase orders.
Team Management
- Provide mentorship and direction to Assistant Project Managers and Project Engineers.
- Work intimately with Superintendents to ensure field operations align with project timelines and company safety standards.
Financial & Risk Management
- Manage all financial aspects of the project, including pay applications, forecasting, change orders, and cash flow analysis.
- Mitigate project risk by ensuring compliance with all local codes, safety regulations, and contract requirements.
Qualifications
- Experience: 5+ years of experience in commercial construction project management.
- Portfolio: Proven track record managing complex commercial projects, ideally with experience in adaptive reuse, hospitality, mixed-use, or high-end office spaces.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Construction Management, Engineering, or Architecture is preferred.
- Technical Skills: Proficiency in modern construction management software (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Project) and job cost accounting systems.

Information Professional Officers (IPOs) oversee the seamless operation of the global Naval network environment. Their responsibilities include:

- Driving interoperability with joint, allied and coalition partners
- Building professional excellence through education, training and certification and milestone qualifications
- Optimizing organizational effectiveness through cutting-edge technologies, knowledge management techniques and a culture of innovation
- Helping to develop and deploy information systems, command and control and space systems
- Serving as a key part of the Information Dominance Corps in its mission to gain a deep understanding of the inner workings of adversaries

Work Environment
Information Professionals serve in challenging roles of increasing scope and responsibility both afloat and ashore. This could include:

Training & Advancement
Those pursuing an Information Professional Officer position are required to attend Officer Candidate School (OCS) in Newport, RI.
Upon completion, candidates typically attend a five-week IP Basic Course of instruction in Pensacola, FL, before or during their initial assignment. IPOs must complete specific qualifications as part of their training during Fleet tours and are expected to pursue advanced education opportunities.

Postgraduate education is important to the success of the Information Professional. Most IPs will complete a master's degree in C4I, space, information systems, computer science or modeling and simulation.

Qualifications & Requirements
A degree from a four-year college or university is a minimum educational requirement to become a Commissioned Officer. Candidates seeking an Information Professional Officer position must have a bachelor's degree from a regionally accredited institution in a technical field, preferably in one of following fields: Information Systems, Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, Information Operations, Computer Science, Systems Engineering, General Engineering.
All candidates must also be: U.S. citizens, willing to serve worldwide, eligible for a Top Secret/Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI) security clearance and qualified for sea duty.
General qualifications may vary depending upon whether you're currently serving, whether you've served before or whether you've never served before.
Part-Time Opportunities
There are part-time opportunities available as an Information Professional Officer.
Serving part-time as a Navy Reserve Sailor, your duties will be carried out during your scheduled drilling and training periods. During monthly drilling, Information Professional Officers in the Navy Reserve typically work at a location close to their homes.
For annual training, Information Professional Officers may serve anywhere in the world, whether on a ship at sea or at bases and installations on shore.

- A deep understanding of statistical principles, causal inference, and experimental design for large-scale digital products
- A track record of partnering effectively with experimentation platform teams, product managers, and business stakeholders to drive data-informed decision-making

At GoDaddy the future of work looks different for each team. Some teams work in the office full-time; others have a hybrid arrangement (they work remotely some days and in the office some days) and some work entirely remotely.

We are looking for an experienced leader in experimentation methodology to join our core Applied ML team. The Applied AI and Machine Learning team handles large-scale data to support many business areas. We develop a cohesive navigation experience across channels and web pages. Our goal is to simplify and improve the shopping experience for everyday entrepreneurs worldwide, helping them quickly find what they need on our website.
In this leadership role, you will enhance the strategic direction of our experimentation methodology efforts. You will use simulations and reinforcement learning, ensuring consistency with business objectives, and supporting cross-functional teams in data-informed experimentation solutions. You will guide teams working at the intersection of large-scale foundation models, multi-agent systems, and RL-based optimization, encouraging a culture of collaboration, innovation, and technical excellence.
