Follows all GMP’s and insures hands are cleaned and sanitized at all times.
Ensures the production of safe, high quality product.
Promotes good company morale.
Report any equipment and/or people issues.
Insures all checklist and required forms are filled correctly in a timely manner.
Complete all tasks deemed necessary by supervisors.
RESPONSIBILITIES: Unloads trailers as they arrive.
Keep docks clean, removing any empty trays and pallets.
Offloads any ingredients or other material that may be delivered.
Checks and records ingredients received on the proper form.
Sweeps out and loads trucks according to load sheets, checking off stacks and/or pallets as they are loaded.
Writes down on the load sheet the dates of the product that goes on the trailer.
After load is complete, checks that the pallets on the trailer correspond to the number on the load sheet.
Turns in load sheets, B.O.L., and in other forms completed during shift.
Throws away all empty boxes and bags.
Places all product varieties in the proper aisles and records quantity on “push in sheet”.
Keeps freezer organized and pushed up.
Ensures proper rotation of product (first-in/first-out).
Keeps ante rooms clean and the back of the freezer swept, scraped and free of any debris.
Notifies engineering/foreperson of any equipment problems immediately.
Monitors quality of the product, package seal, trays, dollies and coding.
Checks for proper nesting of trays.

Keep entire area clean at all times.
Perform Sanitation duties as needed and assigned by Supervisor.

Job Details Key Responsibilities: Operate manual and CNC mills and lathes to produce high-quality components.
Create, upload, review, and modify CNC programs as needed, with assistance available if necessary.
Train and mentor junior machinists in safe and effective machine operation.
Set up raw materials and tooling according to job specifications, with support if required.
Conduct dry runs or develop process plans to verify accurate part production.
Monitor machines during operation to ensure precision and adherence to specifications.
Read and interpret blueprints, G-code, and M-code to guide machining processes.
Inspect and de-bur finished parts to ensure compliance with quality standards.
Use various measuring tools (calipers, micrometers, gauges) to verify dimensions.
Maintain accurate records of materials, dimensions, and processes for documentation.
Safely use a variety of handheld and powered tools including saws, grinders, and sanders.
Follow all safety procedures and assist with the lifting, adjusting, and securing of heavy parts.
Perform additional duties as assigned to support production goals.
Qualifications: 3+ years of machining experience preferred.
Familiarity with both manual and CNC machining operations.
Ability to read and interpret technical blueprints and engineering drawings.
