The Sanitation Supervisor is under the supervision of the Senior Quality Manager.

This position is responsible for implementing techniques, processes, and procedures at a plant level for the continuous improvement of the Master Sanitation system.

Work cross functionally with Engineering, Quality, and Operations to ensure employee safety, consistency of cleaning, and cleanability of equipment.

Acts as the main point of contact for third party Pest Management, chemical suppliers, and external contractors for periodic specialized cleaning.

• 
  
• Perform simple repetitive bench assembly of parts and components
  
• Use bolts, screws, hand tools, clips and other fastening devices
  
• Work under close supervision and may work from models, samples, or simple diagrams
  
• Handle 50-pound parts to assist with large part construction
  
• Support all facility Continuous Improvement and LEAN initiatives including, but not limited to:

  • Maintain 5-S (sort, set in order, shine, standardize, sustain) throughout shop floor and office areas.
    
  • Track and sustain all visual management tools such as, but not limited to: layered audits, Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) boards, and any additional LEAN tools that are deemed necessary to provide direction, goals and status to the shop floor.

Your role at Clorox:

The Plant Engineer provides day-to-day engineering technical expertise to Operating Departments as needed. Leads the design and implementation of site-based capital and manufacturing improvement projects.

Participates in teams as an expert in the discipline and can work with guiding management oversight. Evaluates the feasibility of manufacturing, packaging, and process systems improvements and modifications. Manages and directs the work of outside engineering consultants and construction contractors during the design and implementation of projects.

In this role, you will:

• Lead site-based capital projects from concept through completion, ensuring alignment with safety, quality, timing, and budget goals.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives across packaging, processing, and utility systems.
• Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Maintenance, and Logistics teams to resolve technical challenges, optimize performance, and support cost savings initiatives.
• Manage external engineering consultants and contractors during project execution.
• Demonstrate active engagement in enhancing the site's safety performance and food safety compliance by supporting and promoting relevant programs and initiatives. Support environmental sustainability goal achievement.
• Identify, support and lead cost savings initiatives across the site and help to reduce plant spending.
• Develop personal skills and train teams (Engineering, Maintenance, and Operational) on new techniques, etc. Advocate for engineering innovation at the manufacturing site.
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and Clorox Project Management protocols.

• Provide guidance to development team and project management to achieve launch timelines
• Assist team members in troubleshooting manufacturing issues tied to formulation

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

• Advanced Degree preferred in Pharmacy, Chemistry, Food Science, Chemical Engineering or other related science background

Experience:

• Combination of education and experience
• Working knowledge of solid dose form equipment such as tablet presses, tablet coating encapsulation machines, and granulation processes

Position Summary

Insight Global is seeking a highly Project Manager to lead large-scale industrial power generation projects within the renewable energy sector. This role is focused on industrial power facilities, not commercial construction and not an office-only project management position.

The Project Manager will be responsible for full end-to-end project execution, managing scope, schedule, budget, and risk across multiple technically complex projects. Projects are long-term in nature (2–3 years), highly engineered, and range from approximately $1M to $180M, with an emphasis on technical ownership and execution rather than project size alone.

This role requires strong mechanical and electrical knowledge, the ability to read and interpret technical drawings, and the discipline to operate effectively in a matrix organization with both internal and external stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Manage industrial power generation projects from early engineering through construction, commissioning, and project closeout
• Own full project lifecycle execution, including scope, schedule, budget, and risk management
• Develop, maintain, and manage detailed project schedules using MS Project
• Monitor project budgets, track costs, and forecast financial performance
• Read, interpret, and manage mechanical, electrical, and civil drawings
• Identify, evaluate, and mitigate technical, construction, and execution risks

• Coordinate and oversee 20–30% outsourced engineering, ensuring alignment with internal standards
• Directly manage internal engineering resources within a matrix organization

• Perform contractor coordination and negotiation without a dedicated procurement department
• Manage and approve change orders, including technical, schedule, and cost impacts
