Summary

We are seeking a seasoned Engagement Partner to lead one of our strategic client relationships in the Healthcare and Data & Analytics space. This is a high-impact, client-facing role based out of Chicago, Illinois, USA focused on enabling digital transformation, delivery excellence, and business innovation across the healthcare value chain.

The Engagement Partner should be local to the area and will own the end-to-end client engagement, delivery governance, and account growth strategy. You will be responsible for managing globally distributed teams working in a Managed Services model, including teams across onshore, nearshore, and offshore locations. The ideal candidate brings deep experience in healthcare operations, data and analytics, and emerging technologies like Generative AI.

Key Responsibilities

1. Client Engagement & Strategic Relationship Management

  • Be the single point of accountability for the client relationship, focusing on delivery excellence, value realization, and client satisfaction.
  • Build deep relationships with VP and C-level stakeholders across Business, IT, Data and Analytics functions.
  • Understand client's business landscape and craft tailored delivery strategies.
  • Run Quarterly Business Reviews (QBRs), Steering Committee Meetings, and executive workshops, ensuring alignment with client priorities and KPIs.

2. Delivery Excellence & Governance

  • Lead the governance and oversight of all delivery programs
  • Drive delivery excellence through implementation of best practices in quality, reliability, and predictability. Set up and manage SLAs, KPIs, and continuous improvement initiatives.
  • Lead and support data platform modernization efforts and ensure robust delivery pipelines for data ingestion, transformation, and insight generation.
  • Actively manage a Managed Services model: resource planning, service transitions, cost optimization, innovation infusion, and business continuity.

3. Account Growth & Expansion

  • Partner with the Client Partner and Sales Teams to uncover new opportunities for growth within the account.
  • Proactively identify areas for upsell/cross-sell across new LOBs, geographies, or data-driven initiatives.
  • Contribute to solutioning and proposal development for client RFPs, SOWs, and new initiatives.
  • Build strategic roadmaps in collaboration with client stakeholders to guide long-term innovation and transformation.

4. Team Management & Global Coordination

  • Manage large-scale delivery teams distributed across onshore and offshore locations.
  • Ensure resource alignment, training, and domain enablement of delivery teams for healthcare use cases and compliance needs.

5. Innovation & Generative AI Enablement

  • Lead the exploration and implementation of Generative AI solutions
  • Collaborate with client innovation teams to design PoCs, pilots, and scaled rollouts of AI-driven platforms and tools.

6. Financial Management & Operational Oversight

  • Should be able to understand and have oversight on engagement-level functions including, budgeting, forecasting and margin optimization
  • Should be able to understand program level commercial levers.

Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Healthcare, Business, or a related field (Master's or MBA preferred).
  • 15+ years of experience in IT consulting/services with a focus on Healthcare.
  • Minimum 10 years of client-facing delivery leadership with large-scale engagements (100+ team members).
  • Deep understanding of healthcare domain.
  • Demonstrated expertise in P&L management, budget planning, and financial governance or large client accounts.
  • Strong expertise in modern Data and Analytics platforms
  • Strong experience operating under a Managed Services or Shared Services model.
  • Proficient in Agile methodologies, ITIL, and modern delivery frameworks.
  • Exceptional stakeholder management, communication, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience in generative AI applications within healthcare is a strong plus.
  • Ability to handle escalations, drive conflict resolution, and maintain strong relationships under pressure.

Job Description

The Tool Room Supervisor manages and oversees all aspects of the day to day tool room operations and activities in Chicago. This includes the repair, modifications and improvements of existing tooling. Responsibilities include compliance with current and future codes, regulations and inspections. Working with shift leads, assigns and prioritizes activities based upon input from Production Control and Operations. Responsible for resource planning for both headcount and equipment. Provides direction on tooling condition and replace/repair recommendations. Works closely with the Safety department to ensure the Chicago tool room stays in compliance.

This is a 1st shift position supporting operations from 6am -2pm.

The base compensation range for this position is $96,500 - $125,000. Placement within the range will be based on a variety of factors, including but not limited to skills, experience, qualifications, location, and internal equity.

Essential Functions

  • Develop, maintain and improve preventative maintenance programs for tooling
  • Provides recommendations to improve tooling performance and efficiency
  • Works with Foremen with scheduling of tool room personnel
  • Responsible for controlling overtime and costs of the departments
  • Assists with in-house design and fabrication of equipment and spare die components
  • Works closely with the EHS Manager to ensure safety is a top priority at the division
  • Participates as required in audits and inspections
  • Monitors and reports status of tool room projects
  • Assesses performance of team and provides feedback and guidance
  • Assigns work requests and projects to the appropriate person.
  • Ensures all paperwork and reporting are kept up to date and are completed in a timely fashion
  • Communicates goals, objectives and policies to their team members.
  • Will oversee the tool room apprentice program.
  • Works on the successional planning of personnel and identifying technical disciplines that are understaffed. Makes recommendations for succession planning and staffing.

  • Work with production manager/superintendents to improve throughput and quality by monitoring & improving key KPIs
  • Participate in production meetings as required and communicate information back to appropriate departmental personnel

Education And Experience

  • 10 or more years working with stamping dies required (Journeyman certification preferred). 20 years preferred.

This is a permanent hybrid position that will allow you to work both remotely and in-person.

Utilize your expertise in Electrical Design and Revit to create comprehensive electrical system designs for a variety of projects.

2.

Prepare technical design documents, ensuring all designs meet the required standards and specifications.

3.

Develop and model construction drawings for building systems, using AutoCAD software.

4.

Oversee projects from schematic design to construction administering phases, ensuring all tasks are completed on time and within budget.

5.

Collaborate with other team members, including architects and engineers, to ensure all aspects of the project are integrated and executed effectively.

6.

Conduct regular inspections and assessments to ensure all electrical systems are functioning optimally.

7.

Stay up-to-date with industry trends and advancements in electrical engineering, and apply this knowledge to your work.

Qualifications: 1.

A degree in Electrical Engineering or Architectural Engineering from an accredited institution.

2.

A minimum of 5 years of experience in a similar role.

3.

Professional Engineer (PE) certification is preferred, but not required.

4.

Engineer-In-Training (EIT) certification.

5.

Proficiency in Electrical Design, Revit, and AutoCAD.

6.

Demonstrated ability to prepare technical design documents and model construction drawings for building systems.

7.

Excellent communication and teamwork skills.

8.

Strong problem-solving abilities and attention to detail.

9.

Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.
