Key Responsibilities

CAM Programming & Quoting


  • Use SolidWorks and CAMWorks to generate machining programs and support quoting activities
  • Develop G-code through CAMWorks to simulate machining processes and evaluate manufacturability
  • Analyze customer prints and specifications to determine optimal machining strategies
  • Generate accurate quotes by evaluating cycle times, tooling, materials, and process requirements

Process Engineering & Production Support


  • Develop machining routings and process strategies for production
  • Troubleshoot machining issues with operators and leadership

Engineering & Documentation

  • Create and maintain 3D models and 2D drawings in SolidWorks

  • Support quality planning including PFMEA, control plans, and inspection strategies


Continuous Improvement

Qualifications

Position Summary

The Tractor Test Driver & Quality Inspector is responsible for conducting structured test drives of new or serviced tractors to evaluate operational performance, safety, and overall product quality. This role identifies, documents, and communicates mechanical, functional, and quality-related issues observed during dynamic testing. Key Responsibilities

  • Perform standardized and ad-hoc test drives of tractors on various terrains including paved surfaces, gravel tracks, fields, and slopes under varying load conditions and speeds.

  • Communicate findings and provide detailed reports to cross-functional teams including Engineering, Manufacturing, and Quality departments.

- Lead the end-to-end mechanical design and engineering of hyperscale Data Center Infrastructure (DCI) systems, including liquid-cooled rack assemblies, CDUs, manifolds, enclosures, structural frames, and associated hydronic piping systems.

- Serve as the technical authority for single-phase and two-phase liquid cooling architectures, including primary and secondary loop design, in-rack distribution, and system integration within hyperscale data center environments.

MINIMUM REQUIREMENTS
Bachelors of Science in Electronics or Electrical Engineering from four-year college or university; and three to five years experience
LANGUAGE SKILLS
Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business periodicals, professional journals, technical procedures, or governmental regulations. Ability to write reports, business correspondence, and procedure manuals. Ability to effectively present information and respond to questions from groups of managers, clients, customers, and the general public.
MATHEMATICAL SKILLS
Ability to work with mathematical concepts such as probability and statistical inference, and fundamentals of plane and solid geometry and trigonometry. Ability to apply concepts such as fractions, percentages, ratios, and proportions to practical situations.

KEYS TO THE POSITION
  • 10+ years of experience in software engineering
  • Proficient in Python with experience building tools using widely adopted libraries such as Pandas, NumPy, Requests, BeautifulSoup, FastAPI, and SQLAlchemy
  • Skilled in packaging, testing, and deploying Python applications using tools like pytest, setuptools, and Docker
  • Hands-on experience designing, deploying, and managing cloud-native applications using AWS services (e.g., EC2, Lambda, S3, RDS, CloudFormation), with a strong grasp of scalable and secure architecture principles.
  • Experience designing and operating DevOps platforms including CI/CD pipelines, infrastructure as code (e.g., Terraform, Jenkins), and container orchestration using ECS or EKS - Experience designing and operating monitoring, logging, and performance optimization tools (e.g., OpenSearch, Open Telemetry, CloudWatch, X-Ray)
  • Excellent written and verbal communication
