Title: Cost Engineer

Job Description:
• Knowledge of PLEX or other industry-standard cost engineering software, such as Oracle Primavera Unifier, P6 or similar cost management tools. Familiarity with financial systems and tools (e.g., ERP systems, financial modeling software, WellView / Siteview) and ability to integrate financial data with engineering and operational data.

This is a newly created role as addition to staff due to work load & growth and is intended for an earlier career Contracts Professional (or Paralegal) who wants to further develop their contracts career under the guidance and mentorship of the Director.

Duties
- Draft, review, redline and negotiate a variety of contracts, including but not limited to NDAs, MSAs, purchase agreements, service agreements, purchase orders, LOIs, change orders and vendor contracts.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders, such as Legal,Sales, Procurement and Operations, to align contract terms with legal, regulatory and company requirements.
- Manage operational, financial and legal risk to the company through robust contract management.
- Manage the full contract life cycle from initiation through execution, renewal or termination.
- Ensure all executed contracts are accurately stored and indexed in the contract management system.
- Track key contract milestones, deliverables and obligations, including renewal dates and notice provisions.
- Support resolution of contract-related disputes in collaboration with the Legal team and external counsel when necessary.
- Serve as point of contact for contractual matters across multiple domestic and international business units.
- Provide guidance and training to internal stakeholders on contract management concepts, best practices and obligations.

This role ensures estimates are accurate, competitive, complete, and aligned with company standards, execution strategies, and market conditions.
The Mechanical Estimating Manager provides technical leadership, mentorship, and quality control across the estimating team while supporting bid strategy, risk evaluation, and executive decision-making. Primary Job Function:
· Lead and manage mechanical estimating efforts for facility projects across all bid phases.

Position Overview
The College Access & Success Coach plays a critical role in preparing and supporting TETC students as they transition from high school into postsecondary pathways, with a primary focus on college and university enrollment. The Coach provides individualized guidance, resources, and programming to ensure students - especially those pursuing STEM, especially engineering, pathways - are informed, prepared, and empowered to achieve their higher education goals.
In addition to supporting 12th-grade students through the full college access process—including applications, FAFSA/TASFA, and enrollment, the College Access & Success Coach will also provide light-touch postsecondary support to TETC alumni to promote college persistence and successful transitions into career pathways.
Key Responsibilities
Student Advising & Support
- Provide one-on-one and group advising on college selection, application processes and strategies, admissions requirements, and deadlines.
- Support students in completing college applications, FAFSA/TASFA, scholarship searches, and financial aid applications.
- Guide students in selecting academic majors and career pathways aligned with STEM fields, specifically engineering and technology.
- Provide holistic advising that supports strategic applications, college‑transition readiness, and clear understanding of financial aid packages.
College Readiness Programming
