Job Responsibilities:
- Gather, analyze, and communicate data on process performance, cost reductions, and key improvement metrics.

- Support CAPA efforts by investigating root causes of process issues and implementing long-term corrective actions.

Project Management Oversee preparation of proposals, interviews, fee justifications, and contracts for the team.
Provide leadership and oversight throughout all phases of project development.
Monitor financial performance of individual projects and support Project Managers in meeting goals.
Drive project momentum while ensuring adherence to schedules and deadlines.
Support the team and cross-team efforts to achieve profitability targets.
Manage collection of team accounts receivable, including assigned client portfolios.
Qualifications Minimum of 10 years of experience in civil/site engineering, preferably within Indiana.
Strong technical expertise and broad knowledge of the civil/site construction and engineering industry in Indiana.
Demonstrated leadership ability with excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Licensed Professional Engineer (PE) in Indiana, or ability to obtain licensure within the state.
