Requirements

- This position requires for you to drive Ryder vehicles. In order to become a Ryder employee you must:
- Must be able to obtain CDL within 6 months after hire

Responsibilities
- Performs vehicle maintenance and repair duties including:
- Performs standard vehicle maintenance
- Performs preventive maintenance
- Diagnoses complex mechanical and electronic problems utilizing diagnostic computer when applicable
- Completes complex and detailed mechanical inspections & repairs with minimal supervision
- Replaces defective components as instructed
- Works unsupervised on most tasks
- Performs facility maintenance duties
- Interacts with customers/drivers to properly determine nature of complaint once assigned a task.
- Utilizes key functions of Shop Management System and electronic documentation available.
- Works in accordance with all federal/ provincial and corporate compliance guidelines (i.e., safety, DOT, MOT).
- Acts as mentor for Tech 1 and Tech 2 levels.
- Demonstrate the ability to access and use internal and external maintenance documents.
- Other support duties as required to support operations. These could include but are not limited to Service Island support
- SBTIII trained within 180 days (SBT220)
- Complete 2 of the OEM On-Line diagnostic scan tool software courses as required by location fleet mi. (predominant OEM of fleet mix completed within 365days)

We are currently looking for a Pipe Welder Shop to join our dynamic, fast-paced, and growing team. The Welder is responsible for the prep, layout, tack, weld, test, complex pipe spools and complex piping systems to work packages, drawings, PI&Ds per ASME B31.1 and MIL TP278, to production schedule under the guidance of the shop superintendent.
What You Will Be Doing
- Perform pipe welding with pipe fitting experience using knowledge of codes and specifications
- Reads and deciphers work packages, work scope, engineered drawings, and PI&Ds
- Works with the pipe shop group with a focus on quality, customer compliance, and schedule
- Assemble piping spools, weld, test, and assure all shop packages are complete, and work is compliant before presenting to QA
- Assures welding equipment is in good working condition and reports any malfunctions or maintenance needed
- Have all personal gear to perform pipe welding and fitting including welding gear, measuring devices, levels square, etc. maintained in good condition
- Additional duties as assigned
Your Background
- High school Graduate, related to Trade school and no less than 5 years work history/experience in this industry required
- Have experience in GTAW processes. Must qualify to Pipe in the 6-G position Per ASME Section IX using the GTAW process. Experience in structural welding using GMAW in various positions to AWS D1.1. Proven past welding qualification history is a plus
- Decipher welding symbols, reads, and follows work packages, drawings, PI&Ds, and blueprints
- Use various measuring equipment
- Full range of mechanical knowledge as well as the ability to fabricate and install piping on equipment as specified on drawings and PI&Ds
- 5+ years of experience
- Able to work in a team environment and self-motivated.
- US Citizenship required
- Able to work overtime when needed
- Have all the necessary hand tools to perform their discipline and maintain in good working order
- Supply their own transportation to and from Rhoads Industries, able to work within the Navy Yard and other job sites at times when requested
- OSHA /10 safety training required provided by Rhoads, having an up-to-date OSHA/10 a plus
- Experience in MIL work Per TP278 and past qualifications to TP248 is a plus
- Various shifts may be required, including overtime and weekends

Description:
The Director of Operations will oversee all production and facility operations at ALIGN Precision Philadelphia, ensuring seamless execution across precision machining, assembly, and cleanroom environments. This role will serve as the operational hub, coordinating with the Director of Planning & Delivery and Director of Quality to deliver on customer commitments while driving efficiency, safety, and culture. Reporting directly to the Site General Manager, the Director of Operations will translate strategic goals into daily execution and long-term capability building.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Production & Facilities
- Provide leadership to a staff of Production Supervisors and CNC Programmers.
- Lead machining, CNC programming, assembly, and cleanroom operations.
- In cooperation with the Director of Maintenance, oversee facilities management, equipment utilization, and preventive maintenance.
- Ensure Safety, Quality, Delivery, and Cost targets are consistently achieved.
- Develop the operations and capital equipment budget.
- Champion 5S workplace organization.
Scheduling & Capacity Planning
- Develop daily plans and execute production schedules against the master schedule.
- Cooperate with Planning and Delivery through the SIOP process providing inputs into capacity planning and modeling, aligning with the supply chain and customer demand.

Summary:
The Head of Production (Sterile Injectables) is responsible for providing strategic and operational leadership for all aspects of sterile manufacturing operations. This role ensures compliance with cGMP regulations, drives operational excellence, and leads high-performing teams to achieve manufacturing objectives in a regulated environment.
Responsibilities:
- Direct and oversee all sterile manufacturing operations, including component preparation, formulation, compounding, aseptic filling, visual inspection, and packaging.
- Develop and implement production strategies to achieve manufacturing goals, supply commitments, and performance targets.
- Ensure all manufacturing activities adhere to cGMP regulations, internal quality systems, and regulatory requirements for sterile drug products.
- Maintain a continuous state of audit readiness and support regulatory inspections, internal audits, and customer audits.
- Lead and manage investigations, deviations, CAPAs, and change control processes impacting production operations.
- Establish, monitor, and report on key performance indicators (KPIs) related to safety, quality, delivery, and productivity to drive accountability and improvement.
- Champion operational excellence initiatives to enhance manufacturing efficiency, reduce waste, and improve process reliability.
- Build, develop, and lead high-performing production teams, fostering a culture of compliance, safety, and continuous improvement.
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Pharmaceutical Sciences, Chemistry, Biochemistry, Chemical Engineering, or a related scientific field required; Master’s degree preferred.
- 8–15 years of progressive experience in pharmaceutical manufacturing operations within a regulated cGMP environment.
- 5–12 years of leadership experience in sterile or aseptic pharmaceutical manufacturing settings.
- Proven experience overseeing operations such as formulation, compounding, aseptic filling, visual inspection, and/or packaging of pharmaceuticals.
- Strong knowledge of FDA cGMP regulations and regulatory expectations for sterile drug product manufacturing.
- Experience supporting regulatory inspections and maintaining audit-ready operations.

Supply Chain & Project Coordinator- US Healthcare BU
Key Responsibilities
Procurement
- Issue purchase orders for materials and components based on production requirements and Bills of Materials (BOMs).
- Obtain supplier quotations and support vendor selection based on cost, quality, and delivery performance.
- Track open purchase orders and follow up with suppliers to ensure on-time delivery.
- Maintain purchasing records and transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Support cost reduction initiatives and supplier performance improvement.
Production Support
- Review material availability for upcoming production jobs.
- Assist with preparation and release of job travelers, work orders, and production documentation.
- Coordinate with warehouse personnel to ensure materials are picked and staged for production.
- Communicate potential material shortages or delivery delays to production teams.
- Work closely with production and warehouse teams on the shop floor to verify material availability and resolve shortages.
- Take ownership of material availability for assigned production orders to ensure manufacturing schedules are not impacted by supply chain issues.
Inventory Control
- Monitor inventory levels and support reorder planning to prevent shortages.
- Maintain accurate inventory transactions within Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central.
- Assist with cycle counting and inventory reconciliation.
- Investigate inventory discrepancies and coordinate corrective actions.
- Support efforts to reduce excess or obsolete inventory and improve inventory turnover.
Project Coordination
- Coordinate end to end delivery of small-scale containment equipment, Pass Boxes, Glassware hoods, Ventilated Balance Enclosures.
- Serve as day-day contact for clients providing regular project status updates
- Review and submit documentation, General Arrangements, Factory Acceptance Tests.
- Participate in lessons learned reviews at project close-out and contribute to the knowledge base
Qualifications
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, Accounting or related field preferred.
Associate degree with relevant experience may be considered.
Experience
1–4 years of experience in purchasing, supply chain, manufacturing, or inventory control preferred.
Skills
- Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics 365 Business Central or similar ERP systems.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Office tools, Microsoft Project (preferred).
- Understanding of Bills of Materials (BOMs), purchasing processes, and inventory management.
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to manage multiple priorities in a manufacturing environment.

Duties/Responsibilities Of This Position Include
- CNC Machinist capable of running both Lathes and Mills
- Candidate should be proficient in operating various machine/control configurations and have experience in the manufacture of tool and die parts.
- Works with minimal supervision
- Setup tooling and specified cutters as required
- Perform simple programming changes and edits to maximize productivity, and read and interpret Engineering drawings
- Perform frequent checks of parts to ensure dimensional requirements are met
- Setup of machine including parts and tooling
- Make modifications to programs where needed
- Verify first part qualification
- Perform preventative maintenance to equipment including daily, weekly and monthly maintenance and checks

Minimum Requirements
- Minimum of 3-5 years experience operating both Mills and Lathes, great training opportunity for the mechanically inclined.
- Lifting and carrying of parts and or fixtures weighing from 2-100 lbs frequently
- Operate machine controls positioned 4-5 feet from shop floor
- Able to perform at work benches set at 36-40 height
- Standing and walking continuously for 8 hours per workday
- Forward bending required while loading and unloading machine and operating controls
- Move carts containing parts weighing up to 200 lbs.

Specifically:
- Manage production Line Managers
- Execute production build plans as defined by Director of Manufacturing; meet customer performance, quality, and delivery
- Ensure 100% accurate execution of process steps per authorized Work Instructions by properly trained personnel
- Continually monitor and optimize staffing placement, development, and needs
- Define and track training program for all production staff
- Take ownership and demonstrate excellence; production areas shall exemplify discipline, cleanliness, quality, and control
- Confirm all Quality Documents are being completed properly and in a timely fashion
- Monitor and manage yield loss scrap so that corrective actions can be implemented quickly
- Drive continuous improvement through observations shared and discussed with Director of Manufacturing and Product Engineering
- Ensure that equipment and quality issues are resolved through Engineering
Requirements:
- B.S. in Operations Management or a technical discipline
- 7 years of progressive manufacturing leadership, inclusive of supervisory roles of multi-shift operations
- Ability to plan equipment capacity, staffing, space and material flow in a high technology manufacturing environment
- Demonstrated ability to identify and develop strong Line Managers and Process Leads
- Demonstrated experience in establishing teams and personnel development planning in a manufacturing environment
- Strong attention to details
- Ability to communicate clearly and concisely
