Job Details Job Details: We are seeking a dynamic and dedicated Consulting Healthcare BI Developer to join our tech services team.
The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in a hospital setting, with a particularly strong background in working with Cerner data.
Under the supervision and guidance of the department leader and/or seasoned developers, you will develop, test, and implement business intelligence solutions for various departments.
Responsibilities: Your primary responsibility will be serving as the subject expert in relation to dashboards.
You will identify and document IT design specifications based on the analysis/assessment of user needs and generate need-gap analyses.
You will also be responsible for data integrity, system security, and data extraction, analysis, and transformation.
You will be expected to understand the functional workflow and processes of the departments you support and maintain system functionality leveraging USC's various technologies, including but not limited to QlikView, Cerner Command Language (CCL) and other applications, Hadoop, and RDBMS.
In addition to these responsibilities, you will also be tasked with problem resolution across integrated platforms, systems, processes, and departments, always supporting the mission, vision, values, and strategic goals of Keck Medicine of USC.
Qualifications: A degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Computer Engineering, or a related field is required.
In lieu of a bachelor’s degree, 5 years' of relevant business support and/or information technology support experience are required.
The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 2 years of relevant experience including dashboards/ BI reporting design, documentation, maintenance, implementation, upgrades, and troubleshooting with at least 6 months of PowerBI and Tableau experience.
Must have experience with Structured Query Language (MS SQL Server, Oracle health Cerner).
Experience with Cerner data and reporting is required.
You must have hands-on expertise with database services and other BI tools experience (Tableau, PowerBI, etc.).
You must demonstrate a maturing level of analytical ability to find solutions to increasingly difficult technical or administrative problems, determine economic feasibility or options available, and assess the time involved in system changes.
Experience with database systems and system design, capacity planning, and capacity management is also required.
You must be able to facilitate clear and effective communication between cross-functional stakeholders and technical teams.
This is a temporary role with potential to extend, so we’re looking for someone who can ramp up quickly with minimal guidance.

Customer Service Representative (Manufacturing / Sales Support) Schedule: Monday â Friday | 7:00 AM or 8:00 AM start time Hours: Approximately 9 hours per day; overtime required as needed Pay Rate: $29.00 â $39.00 per hour (DOE) Location: Commerce, CA (onsite) About the Role We are seeking a Customer Service Representative to provide exceptional support to our customers and act as the primary point of contact for all customer-related communications.
This role partners closely with Engineering, Quality, Production, Accounting, and Sales to ensure accurate order processing, timely delivery, and outstanding customer satisfaction in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities Customer Support & Order Management Serve as the primary point of contact for customers via phone, email, and live chat Prepare customer quotations and proposals using established pricing guidelines Process and manage sales orders using ERP software, ensuring accurate communication of customer requirements to internal teams Track orders and shipments, provide status updates, and expedite orders as needed Review customer terms, conditions, and quality clauses to ensure compliance Issue return authorizations, credits, and replacements when applicable Sales & Distributor Support Follow up on major quotations and support distributor relationships Register and navigate customer portals for RFQs, orders, changes, and documentation Maintain accurate sales records and prepare required reports Customer Experience & Quality Address customer inquiries, concerns, and complaints professionally with a focus on resolution Escalate issues when necessary to ensure customer satisfaction Help maintain strong customer ratings for on-time delivery and quality performance Administrative & Accounting Support Assist Accounting with collection of past-due invoices Prepare Pro Forma invoices as needed Maintain organized records and documentation Continuous Improvement Proactively identify process improvement opportunities Uphold high ethical standards and professional integrity Qualifications Education & Experience Bachelorâs degree in Business Administration, Engineering, or a related field preferred Minimum 3+ years of experience in sales administration, customer service, or sales support Manufacturing or aerospace industry experience preferred Equivalent combination of education and experience will be considered Skills & Technical Requirements Strong organizational and time-management skills High attention to detail and accuracy Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook) ERP order entry experience required (AS400 / MAPICS preferred) Strong written and verbal communication skills Customer-focused, team-oriented mindset Compensation & Benefits 401(k) with company match Profit sharing Tuition reimbursement Medical, dental, vision, and life insurance Flexible Spending Accounts (FSAs) Paid sick time, PTO, holidays Annual raises and additional benefits
